Isabel at this branch was very lovely, helped my son build a sandwich that he said tasted delicious. Shame there’s no seating area inside though.

Decided on a subway meal deal experience one day for lunch, & had the most humiliating customer service in almost 5 decades!Worst experience ever!Apparently apart from the bread, the chap knew nothing on how to guide a novice through a gluten-free meal deal, young girl by the till kept rolling her eyes obviously irritated, and made a most unhelpful service even worse when time to ring it up, she disgustedly threw the wrap down on the counter, forgot the drink and crisp, didn't offer an alternative for the cookie, & still charged me extra! I was stunned!Two ladies behind me kept apologizing for her rudeness, waited outside to apologize again asking me to report this to management.If a smart black well travelled woman felt so humiliated just asking for help to order a regular meal for one, I can't imagine how the experience would have been if I was dyslexic or had other learning difficulties.As they did not pick up their calls, I sent a feedback form that was met with such a generic limp apology that is no wonder that they would be inundated with so many complaints.Of course it was money wasted, it ended in the bin, and the shop and the subway name now reminds me of places where diversity and equality sound like a futuristic joke! I certainly did not feel respected, & for the first time in a long time, I saw someone try to shame me for being different. That was the true tragedy here.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free meal deal is a joke if you haven't studied their allergy chart at home first, they don't appear to understand this

This subway is inside Applegreen Garage and has no seating inside it is takeaway only but there are some picnic seats on a grassed area to sit if you want to. The staff seemed in a bit of a fluster but eventually I got my order in & they had run out of 3 items which I was hoping to have but was not to be and selected from what was avaliable. Did the meal deal but do find subway a little overpriced but must say my posh toasted with cheese sandwich was very nice and was worth the wait.

Needs improvement! Many orders either delivered with wrong items or discovered on collection that had been different to what we ordered. Today run out of salad bowls... it's okay, it happens, but let customers know on the little note which will take 1 minute to write and place on the wall instead of wasting half of my lunchbreak for in the queue just to discover I won't gave my lunch today... really disappointed in serviceVegetarian options: Great options if you have a chance to eatParking: Usually busy

Our family came here on the 8th April and wanted to get some subs but were really taken back as to what meat they had or didn’t have would be better way of putting it, all they could offer us was salami, fatty bacon and ham. They had no chicken, tuna, meatballs or anything, there was not much choice at all and it was only early in the afternoon as well. The meat they did have looked like it had seen better days and my husband had to have a plain salad sub as he didn’t like what they had. My sister was ill a while after eating hers and ended up with a stomach upset and was on the toilet the rest of the afternoon. I definitely won’t be returning here again, I value my health too much.

Absolutely disgraceful service, all 3 staff had no clue how to make a sandwich.I was there for 30 minutes waiting for 3 sandwiches, they all ended up cold.They tried to charge me incorrectly!I will never be eating from this brand again.They don’t deserve the business!!!

With out a doubt the worst customer service I have ever had in a subway shop, been in twice now and same poor level of service both times. I won’t be going again.

Ordered through deliveroo, something missing in half the sandwiches, got a really anemic skinny sandwich with 2 jalapeno slices and 3 measly bits of pepper... Slightly burned bread. Still hungry. Won't be ordering from this one again. The one on cardinal park is amazing but we just spent £40 for 5 disappointing orders. Will be applying for a refund through the app. Didn't help that it took over an hour and a half for it to come 3 minutes down the road but regardless of that as it may be deliveroos fault, still a one star experience.
