This branch of Subway is probably the most busiest due to the fact that it is situated at in Sailmakers mall. Therefore, I don't visit this site as much as the ones at Cardinal Park or the one in Queen Street as I prefer a quieter eating experience.The staff member who served was busy due to several customers before me, nevertheless, she gave a good efficient service and made a great sandwich.I managed to find a seat to my liking as it was quite early in the morning.

I regularly come at this subway and every time I am delighted as the quality of food is great, the staff are helpful and it's clean. Especially after a long day in town its a nice place to sit down and have an inexpensive but good quality meal with friends.

The service is good here and they manage the food well when serving us as we have allergies. I personally can have Gluten or Dairy and I still manage to have at least 3 options for subs.Kid-friendliness: The environment is kid friendly but the small kids subs are actually hardly any different to a normal 6inch sub.Dietary restrictions: They are restricted on what theh can offer for Gluten and Dairy allergy sufferers.

Food is really good friendly staff will definitely be going back xKid-friendliness: The staff was so kind to my daughters when they picked what they wanted in there sub they actually as the girls what they wanted instead of asking the adults they didn't try to rush them and pressures them I will definitely be going back with the girls the staff there are brilliant and made my daughters day they felt very grown up
Staff are polite, friendly, hard working and keep the restaurant clean. Food is always well prepared, and there is effort in every aspect of the store

If I could give 0 I would. Got myself bacon and cheese. Cold to the point cheese not melted, forget bacon stone cold. Bread more flatbread than subway one. Couple behind counter more busy speaking (some foreign language) no name badge so don't know names. Was Subway manager 5 years so know how it should be. One for sure -not going back

I counted my cash and had exact money. The man made my sandwich and when I came to pay i was a pound short. I had enough. He stole a quid off of me. Think he's been sacked since.
