Bare in mind they can get busy on a friday or saturday but they always do their best to get you seated and served at a reasonable pace. bathrooms are always clean and always save room for deserts ;) Great drinks options too, alcoholic and non.Parking: Multiple floors. Food was good quality and quick as usual, tables and environment were clean. Had Jack as our waiter, very personable young man, made us laugh and seemed to enjoy what he was doing. Made the dining experience much nicer.

First taste of gyoza, and of Wagamama, and really not impressed. Both dishes very dry and tasted old and bland. All the flavour is in the sauce, and it seems like bottled sweet chilli sauce too.Not a success. Never had gyoza before, but I won't do either gyoza or Wagamama again. Not worth the price at all.Easily the worst takeout in Ipswich.

Impromptu afternoon pre theatre visit. On arrival we were welcomed and immediately seated in a booth to the rear of the restaurant. We were introduced to our server and ordered drinks. Green tea - it’s free!!! A coffee cafetière. We perused the menu with some added new dishes and both opted for a hot pot. Starters of mushroom bao buns and calamari were absolutely delicious. Our mains arrived piping hot and flavoursome. Presentation was awesome. Hot pot slightly too hot for me so we opted to bring a meal home and on recommendation ordered a rice bowl complete with ‘snow-slaw.’ It didn’t disappoint. We didn’t have desserts as our meal was extremely filling. Looking forward to a revisit. My only negative. PLEASE PLEASE offer a sample menu. Smaller tasters of all dishes. Soo much to choose from. Or ‘launch’ nights when new dishes become available. It would be amazing to try lots of smaller portions of all dishes to get the taste buds tingling. Thank you for a delicious pre Theare treat. Tasty food. Fab service. Awesome atmosphere.

An excellent lunchtime experience was enjoyed in this spotlessly clean setting. The service was polite and prompt and my spicy miso mackerel was simply outstanding - probably the best rendition of this dish I've ever had. Well done Ipswich!

Got left at the door while server disappeared to sort out deliveries. Once we were seated by someone else we had to wait a while to order. Food was lovely as always. Then we had to wait again for the bill! It wasn’t overly busy & there seemed to be enough staff but they were just all keeping out of the diners way!

Food did not come out all at once, it came out a dish at a time. One of us had finished eating before the last meal was served. The food was good. We had 4 people serve us, 2 of them were happy to be there, the other 2 shouldn't be working in hospitality as they had no personality or people skills!We spent a lot of money and received poor service.

The food was exceptional as always, however today our service was immaculate. Jack is so kind and 5* does not do their customer service enough justice, an incredible, diligent, and caring server.
Favourite place to go for food, the staff are lovely and there are lots of options for me to eat as a vegan. They're amazing in there with allergies as well and will help us as much as possible. Overall great place to eat.

Cool place, no privacy at the table, asking for coffee at 9 pm, unfortunately, the coffee machine was already washed and I didn't get coffee.As a place for a quick dinner, I recommend it as for a quiet family dinner, I do not recommend it too loud and without atmosphere

Something wrong with staff here. First time takeaway order few months back was not properly packed with open lid leading to curry all over in the parcel making a huge mess leaving family disappointed as no dinner. This time home delivery order had an item missing which was my kid’s dish. Again disappointment. When called no apologies from staff at all. Hungry kids and spoiled plans!!!
