Usually, the food from here is very good. This time, the seaseme prawn toast were burnt, the calamari were tough, and other dishes bland. Will not be going there again.

Called in after our usual Chinese had trouble with their phone lines and we couldn't place our order. Wongs have been in Needham since I was a teenager and there's probably a reason they're still there. Really tasty food and friendly service - and they take cards which is rather convenient in the year 2023!

BEST CHINESE I HAVE EVER EATEN. We were staying 10 minutes down the road and found this Chinese on google, please ignore the bad reviews because the food is amazing. Every dish was lovely and fresh, our order was ready on time and the quality was great! If I didn't live an hour away, this would be my go to Chinese! Very reasonably priced for the quality of food too!

Ordered our takeaway when we got home to eat it was excellent. When ordering the young lady that served us was very helpful and gave valued advice I also asked if we were able to pay via card, she then informed us i could pay either way,isaid I don't think I have enough cash with me however was surprise the bill came to £48 only so paid by cash...

Genuinely the most disappointing Chinese I’ve ever had. Waited what felt like an age, 5 of the 6 items we’d ordered were burnt beyond consumption and went straight into the bin. So of a £30+ purchase, I’ve ended up with salt/pepper chips with some watery sweet + sour sauce and the wife’s ended up with nothing. Great success, should have listened to the hearsay and avoided this place. China Chef over the road is much better and similarly priced, make the right decision and don’t go here just because they’re closed on a Tuesday like we did.
