Heard some good reviews of this pub but an guessing we must have caught them on an off night. Food greasy, tasteless and had to send back my grey sweetcorn. Staff seemed to be doing the best the could, given the circumstances and low staff numbers.

Staff where nice but that’s the only positive. The foods gone down hill massively. We ordered 6 different meals and they where all bad. The chicken breasts on the mixed grill where disgusting. Weird taste, colour and texture. It’s obviously a hungry horse problem just feel sorry for the poor staff having too serve this rubbish every day. Majority of the menu wasn’t available either. Won’t be returning.

Let me start by saying the food was good. The staff were also friendly and tbis was their saving grace. Our booking had issues with getting the table right. No idea why - some confusion their end and putting right seemed a challenge. When ordering, multiple items turned out to be out of stock - pretty basic items too. Sadly these two failings made me extta critical. So when I noticed some spilled food on the floor which did not get cleared up for over an hour - despite being a clear slip hazard (and multiple staff walking past it) was disappointing. There were other items just laying around giving a slightly untidy perspective. However... The food was very good with decent portions and the deserts were particularly good. Add to this some great outside space, good parking and you have a mixed bag which ultimately is probably worth a chance. Just be lucky.

Came in today for the curry club and wasn’t disappointed, great value for money, smiley staff and service/food was extremely speedy.Thanks again to all the girls for catering to us, we will be back soon.

We visit the Farmhouse every week. I cannot speak highly enough of the staff who support our group. The respond to our individual needs with fantastic customer service and rapport and really make us feel welcome and part of the local community.

A great place, we come down almost every week. And have done for over 20 years. Great combination of being our local place gull of friends and all day food. Started my birthday with a fab breakfast, thanks Lisa for the recommendation the mega breakfast keep you going all day !

Generally food here is mediocre but edible, staff are pretty good during quiet times but the minute it gets busy the service is abysmal. My partner found clingfilm in her chicken burger this time and the woman in charge refused to issue a refund and was flat out rude and swearing in front of other customers. I will not be eating here again in a hurry!

What a disappointment, food was awful and an issue with ordering a dessert that came free with the Thursday big plate deal was refused as it was not ordered when main meal was placed ,this was not explained by the server when we placed the order, the extremly rude assistant manager refused to honour this offer her manner & people skills are certainly lacking and perhaps some staff training should be offered!!!! We had heard how the pub had gone down hill but decided to go and decide for ourselfs I'm glad we did as we defently wont be going there again, it's a shame as 26 freinds and family were hoping to book a table in 2 weeks time but that's certainly not going to happen now. I really would not reccomend this pub to anyone.

After waiting more than an hour and half the food was presented. It looked good but was disgusting as we were there for birthday celebration and all the meals were not hot therefore the food was congealed. We wanted to order starters but they had no Nachos which is what we all wanted to share. They were definitely short staffed which for a sunny Sunday should have been anticipated as the gardens were full of customers. However not happy as we paid about £100 on food which none of us enjoyed.
