Staff service is not good. I walked in at 14.20 and staff was talking to her boyfriend. He tried to let me go first but I was nice since they were talking so I said it’s okay I’m still looking. So when I ready to order( at 14.23) a lady staff told me that she’s on break. I looked at the sign oh it is her break 14.20-15.00 but when I got home look it up online. The break supposed to be 14.30-15.00. Basically she just take a break 10 minutes before she supposed to. And 10 minutes is enough to make drink but staff choose to avoid me and talked to her boyfriend instead. Date 15/Feb/2024

First time customer. Service was good when in store. I stopped by to grab a matcha with oat milk. Unfortunately it tasted very strongly of dish soap. It was a waste of money. :( no answer when I called.

Went in to try Boba Taro Milk Tea for the first time and it is Amazing!! With lots of Boba to chew on!! & very friendly and chill service! Will be coming Back ?? ✨️

Arrived to an unstaffed cafe (not during break either..), took 15 minutes before they showed up through the front door.. No food options which is odd for a cafe and disappointing to people I've invited as I had no idea given cafes mean food, especially as it's the only cafe here. Got a hot chocolate which was strangely too sugary to drink and my support worker got a tea which was unpalatable. I don't recommend.

If you get the right employee the drinks and service are great.But don't listen to the times they say they are open one girl in particular will tell you they are closed 10 mins before they are supposed to go on break. It says 230 to 3 on the door but she told me they were closed when I had gotten there like 13 mins before and said she won't open up again till 3. I don't care normally but post being open certain hours if you aren't going to follow them.
I think it was a nice place and the customer service was great. However, the price was shockingly high. For two drinks I paid £10.80 and that was without any extra tapioca and the 'large' isn't that large to justify that price (like Costa mediums). I paid less in Cambridge. If the prices improve a little bit, I think I would go back in the future :)Parking: Parking opposite the cafe which is convenient.

I loved the boba tea here but the workers here are lazy like I asked for a smoothie and the lady was like “ no we close in ten minutes “ girl bye I work at subway and if we have to make a sandwich we still make a sandwich until we close … if u want to be lazy why not close ten minutes early makes no sense … I’m pregnant so this was extremely annoying it’s not rocket science to make a drink … just because u want to go home early doesn’t mean u can stop making these ..

Amazing boba, good price but sometimes a very long wait, most of the staff is goid but one guy took over an hour dinking around and not taking all the orders, there was a girl who came in 30 minutes after us and left way before us, and the drinks weren't made properly, but other times the staff is amazing and polite

I am not against taking breaks during work hours. But I came in at 2pm and saw a sign that they are on lunch until 3pm. There were 2 people inside chatting. Maybe they should alternate on breaks instead of closing the shop for at least an hour? Otherwise, please specify that you will permanantly close for lunch/break during specific times.
