The service was incredibly slow. I waited 15 minutes for a drink and couldn't chase it as no staff anywhere to ask. Again at the end of the meal we waited 20 minutes for someone to appear to ask for the bill but nobody came so we had to go and find someone. The waitress wasn't very friendly or confident. The food came out quickly however. The food was good, especially the prawns and the chocolate crunch.Parking: Lots of parking

No atmosphere, service just about acceptable then took two mouthfuls of the Fish Pie that was inedible. It was returned to the kitchen and we paid for our drinks and left. Will not be returning.

We went to the Cafe Rosetta coffee shop within the The Black Tiles.Reasonable coffee, reasonable price, although lacking in ambience.

Trying to get a table for two took time and there were tables free. Food was awful. Two types of chicken food which was dry. Lettuce was yellow with the brown you get when it's not fresh. We paid left and said never again.

Nice and chilled atmosphere, food was nice though a little in the small sixe portion wise. Lovely hazelnut latte.

Tried to book via email - no response. Then via Facebook messenger - no response. Finally via phone call and was told they had no space but would see what they could do and call me back. No callback. Phoned on the day only to be told no need to book we'd 'probably' be okay. Really if I'm meeting friends for a meal I'd rather actually be booked in.Service was adequate. Food was below average quality at above average cost. Nothingparticularly awful just completely unexceptional and bland (triple cooked chips were somehow still hard etc). To be honest we would have expected similar if not better at the Hungry Horse.Lovely old pub but we won't be returning.

Probably won't go back. It's fine but prices are way too high. £4 for a pint of soft drink. Nearly £6 for beer. Roast is "17". Not £17, just 17. Too poncey to even use a pound symbol. Maybe they're not proud to be British? Should have gone to a deben

My friend and I went for dinner. The food was ok but didn't feel the cost was justified. We enjoyed our starters, however the main and dessert were a bit bland. Surprised we didn't get a yorkshire pudding with a roast! Service was quick but it was very quiet. Drinks were nice.

Good quality pub grub. Good service and portion size. Very accessible. Only criticism is limited gluten free and veggie

Staff were really nice and service good - just a shame it was not busier to create a better atmosphere.

We were a group of 8 taking a last minute chance on eating here. The restuarant had a lovely ambience without being overlooked by your fellow diners. The food was delicious and everybody enjoyed what they had. The service was good without being rushed , neither left to wait for long periods My fellow diners and I in our party will be coming back again

Very tasty food and friendly service, but it's just too expensive for what it is! £20 for a fairly small pizza is too much. And the menu has shrunk, so what I used to have is no longer available - doesn't leave much for veggies to choose from. I know they've been struggling recently, but something drastic needs to be done price-wise to make it worth another visit. (Sorry.)
