After a few months, I decided to try this domino's again, and they have improved. The 2 times I've ordered from them recently, the pizzas have been great and on time. So they get an extra star from my last review.

Great integrity, very knowledgeable, skillful and elite; I’ll say that about sums it up. I’m going to be honest, I work for a financial company myself.. With that being said, I always study about trading . To see what it’s about or not. I can admit.. I was a bit skeptical on you all’s courses at first. Being straight forward. For the price, I still took action and utilized the trading Packages you offer for my 22 yr old little sister’s personal Trading Account. I’d Amit.. That she received Quick results and now on her 2nd round. To have a e book and the step by step letters to teach in the step-by-step directions. Much appreciated. my little sis make up to 13,000USD with just a minimum investment of 1000USD in just 7days of trading. Truly terrible place. Waited 1hr 30 for my food to turn up stone cold. App said it was delivered when it was not so I called up and the person lied on the phone saying it was now going out for delivery(which it clearly wasn’t from the temperature of the food).

Ordered last Monday and took over an hour for delivery. Assistant Manager couldn't give an answer of whether it was being made or out for delivery. She was rude on the phone and when we called back for an update she wouldn't take the call. Her colleague confirmed it would be delivered and shortly after that it arrived. Cold pizza and sides for £44. Still waiting on refund. Not impressed and won't be using again.

Thought I would order a quick bite to eat while I was at my friends on a Sunday, however the food took an hour and 15 minutes to arrive and out of 15 phone calls they only answered 3. When the food finally arrived it was cold, the only saving grace was that they offered a full refund. This was the worst take away experience I have ever had.

Worst costumer service and worst quality food had hair in my pizza and the people working wouldn’t do nothing about it was so rude never be ordering from them again
I don't order out that often however when I do I've never had any issues. I always order to collect and they always give the best deal possible. Food is always cooked thoroughly. The only suggestion I'd make is opting for some sort of grease trap paper to put the pizza on in order to capture some of the grease.

I like Dominos, but the Mildenhall take away has really poor service. The website estimated delivery timer is wrong 100% of the time, you often have to wait an extra 30-45 minutes after is it 'delivered' for it to arrive. Almost always cold!Go to Papa Johns, or save a bunch of money, and get the Sainsburys fresh pizzas for £5 not £20, which are bigger too.I enjoy Dominos when it's not from Mildenhall.

Tracker said pizza was delivered after half an hour. It was not delivered, and even after an hour they kept telling us that it was only a few minutes away. Wasted over an hour waiting for a pizza that was never delivered.

Everytime I’ve ordered from Mildenhall I’ve had issues. I have now waited over an hour since placing my order, this shows as being delivered on the app, but the store have informed me the driver hadn’t even left yet.The staff are arrogant and the only resolution they can offer is for me to collect the order myself. What a joke3 Hours later and multiple phone calls to the store, my food as finally arrived, but unfortunately is cold and disgusting. Not impressed

The worst customer service I have ever experienced from an established brand. 2 hrs and 5 calls (2 of which I was hung up on) after placing my order for delivery I gave up on waiting and arranged to collect a replacement FRESH order. Was offered a refund. Collected a partially re-heated order. Phoned to complain that they had not even cooked a fresh replacement and was flippantly told “well I won’t give you a refund then”. Completely and thoroughly unacceptable service, quality and attitude.
