Food always hot and fresh when we come here.Only gripes are: they NEVER have Cherry Pepsi, if you don't have it, take it off the option to order! It's really frustrating when you order and the they say shaelse because we don't have that! ?Other things is the Buns......... what the xxxx are they?! All flat and yuk ?

I ordered a sharing bucket to takeaway and added an extra 4 chicken strips and they forgot to add them to my order when I realised about it I was already at home. What a waste of money i feel the need of having to check everytime for my order in case they forgotten something as is not the first time this happens.

Some proper tasty 11th birthday KFC treats from this shop, amazing staff so fast and efficient and a nice vibe. Parking was tricky. We used Sainburys car park and it was a short walk from there.

The quality of chicken has fallen drastically. A 2 piece meal was just 2 small drumsticks and about 10 chips, and the fillet burger was flat at only around 5mm thick. Makes Macdonalds look like gourmet.

Food was great , most of staff were ok, the women at the front taking orders was unpleasant! No receipt offered , order was wrong , lots of eye rolling , why get a job in customer service when you obviously hate people ? The other staff there looked fed up but then working with her can't be

I went and ordered at the store. I got no receipt. The food came out quick but no one called out the order. It was only when someone else got theirs called. did I ask. It’s clean well staffed.You shouldn’t order before you arrive, or the food maybe cold when you arrive. I ordered the flamin’ mini wraps
