I've had trouble before with this store, but had my lunch delivered by a very polite lady, who made efforts with me to talk about our pet dog. She was extremely polite and the food was here within minutes of ordering. A massive turn around from previous experience of the store.

Never again it was vile. It didn’t know it was possible to mess a pizza up so bad. It was stone cold, almost raw, the middle was most certainly raw and it arrived having looked like it had been used as the ball for the women’s World Cup. It was in complete disarray. Never ever again.

Unbelievably shocking service. I opened my box of pizza with 2 slices missing because the driver ate it before delivering and the food was cold. Called to tell them that there are slices missing and even sent them a photo and they said they wouldn't do anything. Girl on the phone could not care less and hung the phone up on me after she gave a rubbish excuse saying the slices "probably moved around in the box".

It’s been years since we ordered a takeaway pizza as they are often dreadful. This time we were very lucky, my Italian base vegetarian volcano was excellent, better than pizza express. It arrived hot, no need to reheat, early, with the most friendly Greek driver, and we shared Greek greetings. It was my partners idea and he was not disappointed either. I made a simple salad and the garlic sauce went well with my dressing. A surprisingly happy experience. Thank you team.Vegetarian options: Good enough

This was the worst pizza I've ever had. Ordered pizza from here as my wife said Domino's were good. According to their tracker it sat in the shop for ages being 'inspected'. When it finally arrived, it was not hot and was distinctly lacking in flavour. Had to go to Tesco next day to get toppings to make the rest of it edible. Will never go back to Domino's.
You expect to reheat your pizza the next morning. NOT the minute it gets delivered. 2nd time in 2 deliveries. Well no more chances I'm afraid.

Wish I had checked google reviews. Everyone seems to be suffering the same b0llox as one another.Ordered a pizza and x2 sides. Pizza came but no sides. Delivery man said to keep hold of the pizza he’d go back and fetch the wings. We told him to swivel and take the pizza back and come back with a fresh order with everything we ordered. Rang the store to double check explained the situation to a young girl who worked there. Kept clicking me off on hold said they couldn’t do a fresh pizza told them then to refund me fully - would you take a pizza that’s sat in a car for nearly an hour? Asked to speak to manager she said why she had been talking to him about this I said good well I’m the customer so I am clarifying it with him. Came on phone he was clueless about it. So she lied. I had to explain everything again. He offered a half refund but stil no fresh pizza lol. So my husband took over and said a whole new order fresh otherwise you get a formal complaint. Now we are waiting in hope we get that!!

Second order with just terrible service, took almost 2 hours and was stone cold. The worst bit is the staff just lie and do not care. They are clearly short of staff and do not have the tools needed to meet customer expectations or the drivers to deliver on time. Will not be using again there are better options and companies locally. Sorry but you have done this to yourselves.
