On reading the one and two star reviews this branch of Greggs seems to be very badly managed. I shall bypass this branch until I see some valid comments about this place . Greggs have a good reputation on the whole BUT the ADDLESTONE BRANCH seem to be intent on changing that. Come on Greggs management earn you wages and get things sorted.

The store is small but staffed by rude staff who are racist, discriminate and not friendly. If you want to go to a shop where you are discriminated because you are not white come here for all your food or suprise bags. Absolutely Appalling.

Don't know why these people choose to work in a Greggs if they don't like serving the public .The rudest staff members ,It's the second time I've been snapped at for asking if anything was hot .I won't be using the Addlestone store again.

*AVOID THIS BRANCH! Rude overcharging staff*Lady who worked on Monday 18th September (brunette/middle aged) - we forgot to ask to get our baguette heated (which we have never had an issue with), we left and came back within a few seconds of leaving the shop.She gave my partner attitude saying he should have asked when he bought it and charged him nearly £2 more to get it heated. This may be a policy, but I have never been charged elsewhere for this. She had a disgusting attitude. There were other customers surrounding my partner who were in agreement with my partner about her disgusting behaviour. There were other customers coming in starting to queue and I think she seemed to be getting overwhelmed. This is no excuse for her foul behaviour.Avoid like the plague. I’ll be putting in a complaint about this lady.
