Great service from Geethika, she was very helpful as we placed a pick order and was very patient. Mostly when I go to other kfc’s the staff get very irritated when ordering a big order but she was very helpful and polite the manager was on break so couldn’t inform

Ordered 4pcs chicken and portion of chips from shop, got home to find a v small bag of chips and 4 drumsticks. Should have checked in store, as it happened before. Won't be going back.

This place is a joke. Every time I order for pick up, there's something missing. Tonight, ordered party bucket and I didn't get 6 fries that comes with it.I just took the huge bag thinking it's all in there. What a joke or a KFC... KFC brand needs manage this more...

I have ordered from here twice now and both times left dissapointed. The first time, I ordered 4 pieces of chicken and only received 3! The second time I ordered the same and got 3 drumsticks and one thigh. Chips were overcooked and tasted stale. Terrible place and won't use again.

Our order took over an hour and half to arrive. Multiple items on our order were forgotten and when we tried calling the stores number no one picked up. Left hungry and angry.

Rubbish service. Especially when you only have an hour to take lunch at work and you want to grab some food. No one prepares to take orders. Staff members on their phones in the kitchen, it’s ridiculous. Avoid this place.

Walked in and was stared out rather than being served, left to wait 5 minutes to order despite being the only person in there.Food arrived and the "bag" of chips was underwhelming to say the least, looked like an insult to even call it a child's portion.Prices have recently gone through the roof, paying over £11.00 for just a box meal. You could get a meal at Nando's over the road for a similar price.Extremely dissatisfied and will not be returning.

Ordered a takeaway from this place. Tiniest portion of soggy chips. No condiments. Tasteless, flavorless chicken burger. Mash - nothing creamy about this supposedly creamy mash. Sincerely hope I will never make the mistake of ordering another KFC ever again.

Ordered online almost an hour before closing, didn't get the food, a call or anything. We phoned so many times for updates but all we got was updated delivery times and then closed. For a company as big as kfc seems like it is run by lazy people that just wanted to go home and not do their jobs. wouldn't order from them, horrible people and lazy. Wont even bother to call you that they cant be bothered to fulfil your order over an hour after of waiting!!!
