I've lived in many different areas of the country and ordered from different Pizza Hut branches over the years. But Pizza Hut Addlestone has the best pizza ever! Top quality every time. I just had to leave a review!

I placed a order on a Saturday night for collection, bit of a wait as it was busy however, I think he is the shift manager with glasses, blonde short hair? Was absolutely fantastic, very nice lad.. he was very friendly even though I could see he was stressed due to workload. Whoever you are, our superman for the kids during this wet weather!

Used to order here all the time, but the service has got worse and worse. From undercooked pizzas, to things missing from the order, to rude delivery drivers, to squashed boxes with the contents looking like undercooked, sloppy roadkill. Have avoided for the last few months, been going with Gogo's and they haven't let me down once.

My husband ordered a meal deal from pizza hut small pizza garlic bread ice cream and a drink but when the meal arrived we only received pizza and garlic bread we didn't receive the ice cream and the drink so we are a bit disappointed with this when my husband asked the delivery driver he ran off otherwise the food was very good quality

I used to order from pizza domino until one day I said let's change the pizzeria to see what others have to offer and that's how I ended up at pizza hut where I was pleasantly surprised to find out that I can also have a super student discount but that mattered very little compared to the wonderful taste of the farmhouse pizza, which I highly recommend, and not only was I surprised to find out that besides pizza, I can also find other delicious goodies such as chicken strips or chicken chunks and even a dessert cake and ice cream great! And don't forget, the delivery was super fast, maximum 15 min. The driver was almost frozen on a scooter with fogged up glasses trying to find the number of my house in the dark, laying out a pizza from which steam was still coming out of heat and the pleasant smell of pizza just taken out of the oven saying in a soft voice that thank you for ordering from pizza hut, I'm happy that I ordered from you pizza hut, I replied that I thank him and I just gave him a nice tip, he deserved it, keep it up guys ! Thanks Pizza Hut!

Addlestone Pizza Hut left a pile of boxes outside my house last night, rather strange I didn't order anything and I wasn't there, I would have thought the lack of response to the door bell and the house being in complete darkness may have been a hint to the delivery man that something was wrong, so some poor person is without their pizzas, paid for same, and is now probably fighting with Pizza Hut who swear they delivered it. To those who think wow that's free pizza, not when it is absolutely covered in ants!! Ewww!!! So I am giving it one star on behalf of the poor people who didn't get their dinner last night.
Terrible experience tonight!!!! For the first time in years of eating PizzaHut I finally managed to have a bad experience. Pizza was Dead COLD, like out of the fridge! Missing items on the order… oh well! Do not order nearly to end of shift (I want to believe that was the problem)!
