Parking was less of a hassle than what it seemed and free once verified at check-in.Staff are very welcoming and the usual standard of rooms you'd expect from a premier in.Excellent stay, lots to do nearby

A lovely Premier Inn, clean and comfortable, freindly staff and manager, breakfast was great, I spoke to the chef while I was grabbing my bacon and eggs and she was really helpful. There is a Waitrose next door which is very handy, plenty of takeaways and restaurants within walking distance and Thorpe Park is a 15 minute drive away. There is free off site parking at Addlestone 1 (free when you enter your reg plate at reception) it is secure, clean and a 3 minute walk away, I would suggest using the Waitrose car park when checking in and offload bags, this car park is ANPR and free for 1 hour, there are Blue Badge spaces available but I'm not sure if they are also 1 hour only.

Free parking in nearby multistorey - you can park for 1hr in Waitrose car park to check in first. Rooms are clean and good sound insulation - but not enough to prevent noises from thoughtless people who chat in the corridor in the middle of the night! Good beds but may be too firm for some people. Next door to cinema, Waitrose and restaurants.

The room was fine, better than a travelodge as you would hope. The breakfast was great, if like me you enjoy a buffet. The dinner however was a confusing and disappointing experience, not helped by the terrible service, basic microwaved food and the unprofessional manager berating her staff in front of us. I would honestly avoid eating dinner at this place no matter what kind of deal is offered, there are plenty of alternative options nearby.Be aware that the parking is about a 5 min walk from the hotel. You can park in the waitrose car park to check in but you then have an hour to move to the free car park after you've registered at the hotel reception.

Standard premier inn rooms which are reasonable. Restaurant was soulless and food was bland.

Decent enough. Rooms were clean and tidy. Car parking was a little too far away if you have a young child.

I Regularly stay at this hotel as my family is nearby. Slowly getting a bit tatty. My 5year old tablet will no longer accept the WiFi but my phone was fine. Hope this is just a blip? Staying again next month time will tell.

enjoyed good night sleep and very comfortable but took 2 stars away because there was no orange juice or apple juice for breakfast on the 2 nights we stayed only had cranberry juice.or water. no excuse, especially as there is a shop right next door very

It’s as fine as much as Premier Inn can get. Rooms very quiet and the bed were comfy, but the extractor fan was not working and no way of turning it on. There was an also a screw sticking out of the headboard which raised some safety concerns. The free multi sorry parking which is a little bit of a trek away from the hotel but you can park at the front of hotel for up to an hour to unload your bags.Would stay here again if the issues mentioned would be resolved :)

We stayed here whilst building and operating a live event at Fright Night/ Thorpe Park, we had to extend our stay twice and had multiple rooms for our contractors.Holly was incredible and so attentive to our group during our stay, thank you so much for making us so at home and accommodating us on our late shifts!Lovely hotel, comfortable rooms, lovely staff!

I've stayed in a few premier inns over the years, although overall good here in Addlestone , the evening meal service let it down drastically, I would stay in the Oatlands or Brooklands next time.Rooms: Room was clean and tidy, shower worked, nothing to complain about here on the third floor.Food & drinks: Food was average but service was slow and staff mostly disinterested. On the two nights I was there, service was 1.5hrs for a two course meal for myself and they were barely half full. Chef brought out another customers main before their starter, and had to remake fresh due to the mistake. I also paid for a meal deal for both nights @£24.99, one evening my meal was free in the deal and the next with the mixed grill was an extra £16, I think they make the prices up! Also many options on the menu not available and price discrepancies between the menu they give you and the actual price charged.
