The food is always fresh and tasty from here, we make the journey from Sunbury (past our local Sunbury KFC) to go to the Ashford KFC as the food is so much nicer here. It’s self service now but the staff can help if you need it.

Quick delivery and was hot .the food was so poor and greasy.Grease and oil was coming through the bad .we ate here a couple of months ago and it was bad but we thought we would give them another chance never again it was swimming in grease.my wife and daughter both felt sick and vowed never to eat kfc again

Ordered take away , large popcorn chicken and some wings. I was asked to wait a few mins as the popcorn chicken was not enough and they’d put fresh pack in fryer. Although they did cook the fresh ones and put it in the hot tray but this is what they packed, half the box with cold pieces.. it wasn’t even busy at the time ..

I ordered a 10 piece bargain bucket, I asked the girl not to put lots of drum sticks. When I got home, the bucket had 5 drum sticks. I will never go back there ever
Used this KFC for years as it is local but it is getting worse everytime I order so will have to order from further away.Every meal or sharing bucket they overload with drumsticks. Yesterday's order via Just Eat of a 10piece sharing bucket had 8 drumsticks, one piece of ribcage with less meat than a wing and one thigh (I think it was a thigh).The chips were stone cold.The 1.5l bottle of drink was missing, which the Just Eat guy went back and got for us.At least the delivery was on time.

Every time I order either you forget the gravy or you forget how to put a lid on properly. Not just one occasion to many times, I’m done with it now.

Nice restaurant but more needs to be done. Staff is not very helpful. They need more training or need to hire more people.Vegetarian options: There are some options for vegetarians as well so not bad.
