Food really good

The room was clean and comfy just your normal premier inn room. Had dinner in the Beefeater restaurant next door. The food was OK. Had a cooked breakfast in the morning and it was terrible. Most of it was cold and the sausages were dry and very hard to cut. We did complain and consequently were not charged for it. My advice don't have breakfast at the hotel just go a couple of minutes up the road to Long acres garden center where you will get a brilliant breakfast.

It's not a 5 star hotel, but the service, location and what you get for your money is superb. Its on a main road, so you'd think it was going to be noisy, it's not at all. Would stay here again. Could probably do with a bit of renovation work but ultimately it was a quiet stay where the service was brilliant.Noteworthy details: Lots of parking and not far from Heathrow.

Stayed here before and rooms are just adequate, the place is an odd maze of corridors. The website booking process is iffy and the date kept reverting to the previous day which was frustrating, calling them is all but useless as nobody picks up the phone. Only stay here as it's conveniently located for my needs when in the area.

Kept awake late at night by room above creaky floors. Think the building needs an update.

Great location for Legoland or Lapland UK.

Friendly and helpful receptionist offered useful advice and answered all my questions. The room was comfortable and nicely heated upon arrival. The usual tea & coffee making facilities, USB charging port above the bedside table and an HDMI port on the desk for what I assume will take an Amazon Firestick or similar. There is free WiFi but the bandwidth is limited; web browsing is OK but streaming, audio and video calls are affected. If you need these services, there are PAYG options available. The bed was excellent, very comfortable.Overall an enjoyable experience.Food & drinks: Meal deals available at the Beefeater restaurant next door.

Standard premier inn. Room was ok. Dont know if it was just my room but there were small steps up and down as you moved through the room. Might not be ideal if you've got some mobility issues.Breakfast was standard hotel

Stayed here to visit Lego land with the family, it’s exactly what you expect from a Prem, no AC and it was hot but had some fans in the room, the beef eater next door was ok, just don’t have a steak, it was really tough, the other food service offerings are fine.

Stayed in what must be the original hotel rather than new extension. Room cramped, no outlook, apart from kitchen ventilation system. Breakfast was poor. Stay elsewhere if you can.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean but very dark and very warm although there were 2 fans - rooms too dark I had to do my make up in the corridor!! The meal I had on one night was good BUT the breakfast was disgusting. Two days it was buffet cold plates the only warm thing was mushrooms everything else was inedible. The chef if you could call him that had no pride in his work presentation was non existent. I have never ever seen such a disgusting presentation of food. One day there was no Buffet so the ordered breakfast was not too bad but served on a cold plate so food again was lukewarm - how the chef keeps his job I will never know. I told the waiter it was awful but he said everyone said the same SO why on earth dont you improve this part of the Premier Inn never ever have I had this food experience in a Premier.
