Very strong hot coffee, just a little wait to be served but overall great

Robert Honey

Always a nice atmosphere, well spaced tables with friendly staff.

Very poor. No bread with soup, no ice with cold drinks and the soup was just warm. Tables could have done with a good clesn as well.

Good coffee and pastries. Seating well spaced and light air atmosphere eight in town centre. Buggy and child friendly.

Excellent quite clean and tidy friendly service with a smile. Nice coffee and comfortable chairs to watch the world go by.

Pretty grotty to be honest. Had a sharp piece of plastic in my lunch which I thankfully didn't choke on.\\n\\nInside is really dim and dated. Costa all the way.

For a coffee shop within a department store, there was a surprising amount of seating available both indoors and outdoors. My drink was made fast, and I was able to sit down inside for the first time in months! Loved it, and the drink.

Felt very safe. Good spacing and not too busy. Great coffee as always but very disappointed that they're still using disposable cups for drinking in store. Such a shame

Good coffee, and food, the place is similar to the rest of the chain.

Josh Bower

There was poo on the bathroom floor.

Can someone explain why they stop serving at 5pm when they close at 5.30pm? Very disappointing!

Caffe Nero's is still the best coffee of any of the chains. Only downside for me is they've changed their muffins, why fill muffins with sickly sweet goo just plain muffin is much nicer in my opinion.

I'm plant based so I love the vegan falafel, but most times they are ran out. Soya hot chocolate is lovely, staff very nice, although always changing, treat them good management so they stick for longer.
