Me and my partner visited here I had rock and chips and he had cod and chips absolutely delicious !!! Fresh and hot and the best I've tasted . Will be visiting again .

Friendly service with lots to choose from the menu I had standard size bag of chips and the fish was plaice I had which was nicely cooked although I thought it was a bit pricey at over eleven pounds with chips but all in all was good! ?

I've been several times but the last few times they had changed the staff not very frienly I ordered chicken burger for my son and three pieces of chichen with chips to share with him the portions very small .the chips luke warm and reheated not cooked fresh I couldn't believe they would serve reheated chips luke warm I think heated in the micro wave I'm not sure the chichen was fresh as tough and not hot I let them know what I thought of them they offered fresh chips I said what made you think it's ok the charge me for food and give me such a disgusting meal I also told them I would not be returning

For the past seven years of living in England, I must admit that I have tried several fish and chips shops, but I have to say that this particular one stands out as the best. Their chips and fish are simply delicious, and I enjoy them best when paired with some curry sauce. Although the curry sauce could be smoother and thicker, it still provides a great taste that complements the meal perfectly.

I have used this Fish bar before, along with two other local fish and chip shops that I like, probably every six months, not one to over indulge in takeaways, unless I am in the mood! The portions are well sized, and we often share a portion as we will add peas or beans at home. The food is delicious, the fish succulent, the batter could do with a little more seasoning, and no I do not like over seasoned food, just a batter should have some salt in it, to give some flavour. It is always presented/boxed well, with all recyclable materials, even down to the carrier bag being paper, which for me is a big plus. Delivery is only £1, so extremely cheap and convenient. My one and only negative is, I live 5 minutes away by car, I do not drive, and the food is never delivered hot, warm but never hot, I tend to order on quiet nights, to give it more chance but alas it doesn’t improve the heat. Last night I ordered, waited patiently, didn’t hear the phone ring straightaway, when I answered the shop was calling me asking me to answer the door, there was no one at the door, from the first call to the last call it took 8 minutes to determine the driver wasn’t at my address, so the food was cool on delivery. I only worked out times later by looking at my phone. I popped the food in the microwave to heat but it is never the same. So I will revert to my usual means of ordering it in person and taking it home in person, when I am with a member of my family that drives, which is a shame, as sometimes you just fancy it, or order from one that I can walk to, but I do like to share the custom, as they are all local independent businesses. I did not complain as this was obviously a genuine mistake by the driver, not sure how that works but hey ho! We all make mistakes, an apology from the driver would have been nice but he was polite and did wish me well! I hope this helps!

Camberley certainly has its fair share of good fish and chip shops and this is definitely one of them. The cod was very good from here - cooked just right with a nice thin crisp batter. The chips were nice too, not the crispest but not soggy either, and good sized portions.A medium cod, ‘cone of chips’ and mushy peas cost £10.00. Both were cooked freshly to order. Served in a cardboard tray which was ideal, but slightly let down by the offer of a plastic bag - paper would have been better to avoid soggy chips on the drive home.Parking: On street parking just outside.
I think this is the best takeaway that is anywhere near to my home in Yateley. There are several between us but this has the best chips. I like their combo sausages and chips. Their portions are very generous whether it's the chips or chicken nuggets. Always go there when in the high street. Opening hours means I can get a late lunch too!!Dave

Was shocked at price of curry sauce. Wasn't even that nice. Overpriced and cos I was shocked at price got attitude from the main guy there the whole time and made ot awkward. Won't go here very much

This place is easily the best F+C shop I've been to. Unbeatable quiality right throughout their food range. The fish and cod roes are always fresh, the fish cakes beautifully done. The pieces of fish of a good size and perfectly cooked. It's a pleasure to find a shop that cooks the fish correctly unlike most places who seem to over cook it all so the fish is dry and often welded to the batter. The chips are generously portioned and really tasty. Normally I don't like chips but these are a pleasure to eat. Camberley is not just a fish bar. It's also a restaurent so we always eat on the premises. We come from Farnborough so pass many fish bars on the way to Camberley. We found this fish bar by accident back in February and glad we did as we have become regulars there. Apart from the exceptional quality of the food on offer at Camberley it is also very reasonably priced. The staff are friendly and very helpful. We would have no hesitation what-so-ever in recommended this top class fish bar to others. You won't be disappointed. Tina Power and Richard Warren.

What can I say we ordered Two Cod and chips, the Cod was cooked perfectly as for the chips his was a portion for one (Large).Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.
