You’re at the home of darts for the day, you get a two hour break between sessions. What are you going to do, yes, get a curry. Everyone would do that right if it was only 5 minutes away.Jeera was this place, but it was empty which we thought was strange. We ordered anyway.Service was quick, expected as we were the only ones in there, and we had some beers bought to the table. Poppadoms ordered and chutneys on the way.Chutney tray was decent with the standard lime pickle, onion salad, mint yoghurt and mango. Time for the mains as time was short. We ordered different dishes, rice and naan. I like decent servings, but I think these dishes were served up for the borrowers. 3 tablespoons of rice just doesn’t cut it and the naan was the size of a small saucer. Mains size just about acceptable. However the taste of the food was good and beats my usual microwave meals.Increase your portion sizes for the price guys and stop leaning over people clearing away dishes whilst they’re eating. It’s bad table service.Until next time - The Cupboard Connoisseur

Thursday's banquet night at Jeera, an Indian restaurant, offered a tempting deal at £14. For starters, I savored a succulent sheek kebab, followed by a flavorful chicken tikka. Accompanied by sides of sag aloo and a shared portion of fragrant pilau rice, along with a freshly baked naan.

Every bite was a burst of flavor, and the staff’s friendliness added to the overall enjoyment. The ambiance was soothing, making it a great spot to unwind. The owner’s warmth was the cherry on top. I can’t wait to return for another delightful experience. Solid 10/10 across the board!

Food was decent, service he was rude Impatient and always hovering over around you the place is small enough without him doing that!! I would recommend takeaway,

Rubbish Vindaloo. Very watery and not hot at all. Thought I'd give them a go, but will stick with my local.

Really liked this happy little find! Lovely Indian restaurant, serving a really good lamb bhuna, onion and mushroom bhaji and peshwari naan. All washed down with Cobra's finest.Service was friendly, polite and efficient. Food was great. Will defo go there again if I'm in the area again.
It's the second time I have dinner at Jeera and I wasn't disappointed. The food was tasty (I really liked the Lamb byriani) and staff is nice.

Sorry but I have advised you many times that your Just Eat link is flawed such that I can't even access rice. Perhaps my app but un-usuable for me and my family so going elsewhere - great food, just mostly unobtainable

Committee meeting for CCC - seems like we gravitate back here often? Well, probably because the food is so good. Coupled with some great buffet deals on a Tuesday and a Thursday. Recommended for a good meal, either chefs special or the ‘ordinary’ curries. The kitchen will even enhance a basic curry to suit your palette.

First time there, exceptionally good food, all 7 of us were very happy. The cost for a very full meal including drinks came to £25 a head which was very fair. Apparently there are even lower cost days, check their website dor details.
Really good food and price was decent too.
