Very average food but quite overpriced in my opinion. You pay for fine dinning (£120 for 2 ppl) but the quality is barely above an average

Would never recommend. Had to eat there during our stay just because we didn’t want to travel to somewhere else as we wanted to relax as much as possible. Atmosphere very bad with torn chairs. Food very over priced for what it was. Service by young amateurs who were running around like crazy when there were only 10-13 tables filled.

The venue is stunning but the whole set up is weird. If the restaurant, is full you can order from the bar but eat in the lounge but you will get told service will not be the same but you can order from the restaurant. Nevertheless, the food Is overpriced for what they give you. I do not mind paying a premium but if I am ordering 28 pound medium rare steak, I expect a medium rare steak.

We went for lunch here on Monday 3rd July and choose food from the all day dining menu. The food and service from Bozena were excellent. The restaurant was nicely laid out and it was a nice experience. I won’t hesitate to go back. Many thanks.

The restaurant decoration needs some more love (chairs are really worn). The lunch food was not very good.. lacks effort. The afternoon tea seems nice however we didn't try so I can't say much.The staff were lovely and go above and beyond to please.

The hostess, Ann asked us to wait a few moments to be seated outside. Sure enough we only waited a few minutes and then she quickly sat us, she was very nice. Alex was our server, he was very professional and accommodating. He knew the menu and very helpful. James, the manager, saved the day when there was a slight issue with my order and handled it professionally and right away. All 3 of these individuals showed professionalism and hard work

Great family restaurant, since there is a good variety of food and something for almost everyone. The walls are decorated in very cool vintage posters. Plenty of mood-setting decorative windows, stained glass, and ornate mirrors. The amber glow of wooden furniture definitely sets the tone for a warm, "everybody knows your name" vibe. Added bonus: good chance nobody knows your name.

The person next to us was like "oh my gosh what is that, I cant believe he brought that out like that to you". I had not words to even say, I was shocked. The only thing was enjoyable was there buffalo wings, and I would have maybe enjoyed the French onion soup if it only did not come out so cold. The people next two us got served first and we were their before them,, everything was just awful eating her.. My mom and I were very upset about this experience, we don't ever want to come here again. I felt bad that my father paid for something we all did not enjoy, especially on Mothers Day ?

I first noticed how sticky the table was and felt uncomfortable placing my phone, this should have been a sign. We then received the menus and this was sign number #2 - I had to ask for wipes as I could feel how sticky they were. The waitress brought out some wet cloth and began to wipe them down, but I still had residue on my fingers. The worst part was waiting for one salmon dish with brown rice and string beans for almost 20 minutes. Overall, one star for the food and another star for the staff. I would going somewhere else, because this place needs a complete power wash - like they do at a car wash place

They were very busy and we understood that. Here's where it went left my party consisted of 2 adults and 3 kids. I came in first to reserve our spot. One of the wait staff nearly knocked me over trying to ask a gentleman of a lighter complexion how many was in his party. Mind you I was their first. They never acknowledge me as they did everyone else until I walked up to the hostess desk where the Indian girl acted as if I annoyed her. The Hispanic girl however did answer my did take my question. I waited and waited and waited some more. Everyone that came in was seated except my family and I.

The place was empty and they had us all piled up in one section. The fajitas was covered in a horrible sauce that wasn't mentioned on the menu and it was not good. Jill forgot the salad and it wasn't brought out till after the entree was almost done. The steak was horrible, the mash was cold . The lettuce n tomatoes and guac tasted and looked old in color. Will not be returning. She also had to be reminded to Bring silverware and a1 sauce Over 3 times. Horrible service and food
