Awful service from Tamanna and Omar.Absolutely no customer service skills, accusing the customer of being in the wrong when they got the order wrong (despite me repeating it numerous times on the phone and when I got there).When I called and explained there had been a mistake, I was barely offered an apology and told I would need to come back with the order to receive a refund on the difference between what they gave me and what I ordered (not even a replacement for the correct order).When I explained it would be a long drive back and the food would get cold by the time I got home again, I was told there’s nothing they can do.I was spoken to very rudely by Tamanna and actually hung up on.Any decent company would either offer a new order free of charge, or at least refund the incorrect item.

Mr Cod is my go to chish and fipps!!I am a grown woman who eats the kids meal. Their meals are rather big. Their chips are amazing too.It's great they have changed their packaging to recycling too! ♻️

Not really had any issues with them before but this time round waiting nearly an hour for food for them to tell me it's with the driver, however this was not the case.They then told me to contact Deliveroo who proceeded to tell me that there was a mix up at the restaurant and they don't want to remake the order.So all in all no food and not a happy customer. Communication from the staff leaves a lot to be desired.

A friend brought me here while I was drunk and not being funny it was so good actually amazing ! The only thing I can complain about is that I asked for a plain burger and they gave me lettuce but that’s just me being a fussy eater

One of the better fish and chip shops in the area. Reasonable size chips and fish was ok. I have had better from this place. Maybe it's changed ownership. Can't rank service or atmosphere as it was a delivery order.
