Extremely poor service from staff especially at evening meal times were I had to wait over an hour for my meal to come to my table then it wasn't correct and not hot, this happened several times on my 5 day stay at this premier inn. They don't even listen to your complaints.

Another great stay, a big thank you to Gemma in housekeeping, very helpful, friendly and efficient the room was very clean and had everything I needed and replenished quickly when required. A thank you to Glen who I know has served many years and has greeted me very warmly and been very helpful during this and previous stays. All the staff are very helpful and efficient, nothing too much trouble. Perfect stay. Room was clean, quiet and very roomy. I love having the choice of a shower or bath which is one of the reasons I choose to stay at this hotel. Plenty of storage space, great bed and bedding, I slept extremely well during my stay. Decor relaxing. Food on site is good and the restaurant/bar is a lovely chill out area perfect stay, the staff are a credit to Premier Inns.

Usually stay at travelodge when staying in Camberley but opted to use Premier Inn this time as worked out cheaper than the travelodge.A much nicer hotel, better rooms(with a bath & shower option) & superior breakfast compared to travelodge.

Great location for what I needed in the heart of Camberley. I didn't hear any noise on a Saturday night, although I was at the back of the hotel.Always dependable, comfy beds you get with a Premier Inn!Only let down was the stairway from the ground floor smelt a bit like pee ?The buffet breakfast didn't seem to have as much on offer, as other Premier Inn's and the area fit getting food was fairly small, which I could imagine would get hectic very quickly when busy.

Great location, next to a load of places to eat. The only downside is the car parking, it has none. There is a multi storey car park but that is fairly expensive.

All I can say is you get what you pay for, a lot of the rooms need updating, and it looks

Is good for a single night, no parking on site. Had to chase down staff from the kitchen area to sign in at 6pm which to me would be peak time and someone should be on the desk.

It's been years since I stayed in a Premier Inn and I loved it! The first night was a little noisy (not the hotel's fault - just a Saturday night and people coming back loudly early in the morn) so I decided to stay another night to make up for lost sleep. I spoke to a lady about it who was really nice and offered complimentary breakfast on the second night. The room was spacious and practically laid out. The breakfast options were good and nice quality food (good tea selection and spreads for toast etc). The staff were just lovely - really kind and friendly and went above and beyond. I left feeling really happy and looked after. Thank you!
