The dish I chose was not available, along with the new potatoes, but the chef did a side dish of mixed vegetables which was delicious. As was the alternative main choice of chicken in a harissa sauce.

Food was great but as it got busy service took quite a long time. Staff were lovely and really attentive, they just needed an extra person. Would defo go back.

Terrible experience from start to finish. It was for my branches Xmas party. It was unbelievable hard to first get an invoice out of them to prepay for the meal when I finally did sent it to my finance team who paid it. Turn up tonight and they tell me they have no record it’s been paid for and really seemed like they couldn’t be bothered to dig any deeper than it says on my screen it’s not been paid for……. Shocking. Well so I’ve now had to pay on my personal card so I look forward to trying to sort out refunds ect on Monday. Service was terrible from the manager and a handful of the staff. Had to keep getting the attention of someone for drinks otherwise you would just be left sitting there. Then issues with the puddings that I won’t go in too. Shame because I have always had good things to say out Zizzi’s but the Camberley has really let you down.

Just read the reviews for me the lowest is what matters n most of them are the same I wanted to celebrate birthday here but not anymore sadly.

Good restaurant for family with kids. Enough space for pushchairs. Music not too loud. Staff are nice and helpful, give children menu, drawing paper and pens, change to children spoon and fork without asking. Food is tasty.

Very attentive staff but not OTT, normal Zizzi fare so no problems. Very good care taken of children. One of the better Zizzis. Enough said.

10/10. We went during the daytime when it was very quiet. The layout and atmosphere of the restaurant is immaculate! We were served by Cristian, very friendly and wonderful waiter. The food is the best part! The garlic bread with mozzarella was heavenly and we both demolished our main dishes. I cannot recommend this place enough.

The restaurant overall is huge and widely spaced which I like however I did find it a bit on the warm side making me sweat a bit. I was served by a Polish waitress. I thought she was very friendly, kind and helpful. Customer service was faultless. The food I was a bit underwhelmed and disappointed. I found the portion size to be on the small side and I found my chorizo carbonara bland and runny even with the cheese on top. The garlic bread on the other hand I liked.Overall, there are some positives I found however some things I would have liked to see.

When I requested a spoon to twirl my linguine at the Italian restaurant, they only provided spoons if you ask for them. I was informed by the owner that they refuse to offer spoons due to the dishwasher's workload. I encountered the owner and discovered that this restaurant is unequivocally not worthwhile. A repugnant encounter with the manager and owner further solidified my recommendation against this restaurant. However, the Romanian server was extremely accommodating during this unpleasant experience that occurred approximately two months ago.

Asked if we could use Blue Light card for free starters, lady said yes but was told when bill arrived we couldn’t. All the pizzas were soggy in the middle suggesting undercooked.The table didn’t have all the cutlery and the service by 2 of the staff was unprofessional for their chosen trade; the 3rd lady was lovey and attentive.The gentleman at the end added a service charge without asking first which wasn’t realised until afterwards. All in all the whole experiences was far too expensive for the service provided. I would strongly advice you to find a different restaurant.

Not local to this resturant and was approached by a very rude waitress. No 'hello', but just said that door is for delivery drivers only. We was sat at a table and decided we was not staying and left. We felt there was no need for her to say anything as we was already in and it wasnt busy. Looking at the door there was no sign stating 'No entry' to customers only that deliveries were to be picked up from that entrance. If you dont want customers using that door then you need to make it more clear.
