Chaged over advertised price for a takeaway Chicken Biryani. It was explained to me that that the prices had gone up and the menus were out of date with no apology offered. But after this the out of menus remained at the point of sale. No big deal really as I normally tip at takeaways, so didn't tip on this occasion. When I got home this takeaway looked good plated up, with plenty of large pieces of chicken. When eating found out the chicken was very dry and stringy making it difficult to eat, so a lot of it ended up in the bin.

Takeaway last night, completely inedible, veg curry consisted of onions only, Badji was burnt and had obviously been an old one fried up, Nan was so rock hard my dog wouldn’t eat it.

This curry house has been used on and off for after school events and some family events and this was the first time in 6 years I had been tempted back. I was hoping that time would have improved this establishment but I was unsurprised to see nothing had changed. An extremely short welcome was given when our party arrived with the waiter demanding to know numbers and angry when we said between 11-15, we were then rushed to the table and drinks were a nightmare to order. No help was given with portions and when the sharing platter was ordered, it came and could barely cover 2 people. I was always taught to look for the silver lining and I can say the main’s won back a bit of the let down that was the over all vibe. Sadly (although it won’t matter to this house) I will not be returning and looking for far more welcoming doors. I would implore those to try it themselves but do not be surprised if you are less then impressed.

Amazing food, amazing atmosphere! We will be back! The 14.95 on Wednesdays for 5 course is unbelievable value! The manager, Khan even gone out his way to cook me Lamb Karahi which wasn't even on the menu! Thank you so much! We will be back!

Ok Sunday buffet (had better) on 20 February but service charge of 10% added that was not mentioned when enquiring over the phoneChicken did not taste much like chicken and onion Bhagi burnt sag aloo nice
Have been here several times as its a central meeting place for family. I wasn't really a fan as its totally British Indian and the food was always flourescent in colour with too much food colouring. New menu lets give it a try. No booking for us even though there's 8 of us and we had rang twice. No high chairs (we don't need them said manager) even though there was another baby in the restaurant. If you don't want extremely well behaved babies or children & families please say so? we ordered poppadums and chutneys and were told we couldn't have them until we ordered our food. How odd. we all ordered and I asked for a vegetarian byriani which came with no sauce. just a bowl of rice. I was told this was the new menu. When I said I didn't want it then out came by biryani sauce. Very strange restaurant staff act as though they have never seen you before even though we have been there lots of times! Not going back -

Oh WOW! We normally order from our local Indian but thought we’d try you tonight - amazing! Our order arrived 10 mins before expected ( ?) hot and absolutely delicious ? Our curries were fab, onion/spinach Bhaji was delicious, rice perfect and nans etc on point - definitely be ordering from you again ?
