Nothing against just eat. But this place is absolutely disgraceful Caterham fish bar. Delivered the wrong food. Was told to get in touch with just eat, it’s not Caterham fish bars problem. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Will never use this place ever again. I never got a delivery note with my order, so how are the drivers ie just eat etc supposed to know which order is which.

I can highly recommend this fish and chip shop. I used them 5 days ago to supply 90 portions for a charity Quiz Night. Food was delivered on time and hot. Everyone was provided for, including those who were gluten-free, vegetarian or just don't like f&c! A friendly, professional and efficient service, I would never go anywhere else! It's not easy to talk negatively for myself.They actually struggled to serve me no matter how pleasant I was being.Not sure ifA) not many people of African race visit this bar in general.B) They are not use to professional people of African Race visiting their bar.Both points made I feel uncomfortable inside this establishment.Their chips was undercooked and their Saveloy sausage skin was tough and dry.Plenty of points which they can improve .3 staff was on shift yet it seemed they felt uncomfortable when I entered as a customer early afternoon .
