This is the most disappointing Greggs I've been to. Theres never any fresh bakes or sausage rolls, there's hardly any selection im a huge greggs fan but, I can't give this place 5 stars as i'd of hoped to.

Very disappointed! At 9am I brought a pasty and sausage roll to eat straight away from the Caterham branch however after walking outside the shop I found out that both products were stone cold, (were they yesterdays left overs?) after taking them back in to the shop the assistant said that the oven wasn't working.\\n\\nSURELY HE SHOULD OF TOLD ME THIS BEFORE I MADE PAYMENT, ESPECIALLY AS I HAVE BEEN CHARGED VAT FOR HOT FOOD!\\n\\nI SHOULD OF ASKED FOR A REFUND HOWEVER, I WAS SO ANNOYED I ENDED UP THROWING BOTH PASTY AND SAUSAGE AWAY.........I WILL NOW MAKE A POINT AND NOT SHOP IN GREGGS AGAIN!\\n\\nPlease be aware, charging VAT for hot food, and given cold food is sure a tax fraud?\\n\\nI paid by card but wasn't given a receipt either, which they are required to.

We usually enjoy our snacks in Gregg's. Today as with other after 1'0clock snacks, the savoury pastries were COLD Nowhere, in our opinion, were they as nice as when HOT.

In great location down Church Walk neat loads of shops. Perfect for a quick bite to eat and drink before or after shopping! The staff are friendly and service is very quick. There is lots of space to eat in considering the size of the small shop. The food was great and the sandwich and drink meal for £3.15 is great value and quality in my opinion. The sausage rolls and other hot food and sweet treats are great as well. Cooked to perfection! Another bonus is that they have a NFC mobile payment option.
