I cannot explain the level of customer service I have received over the last few weeks they been helping me with a new tank set up and getting my water to a place where I can now return to this amazing store and will happily spend my money!!

Nice guys in there, purchased a prickly pear pad for a propagation experiment. I wouldn't however buy any of their potted plants for live terrariums/vivariums- absolutely INFESTED with mealy bugs. Might know what they're talking about regarding reptiles and fish (can't comment as I purchased neither) but clearly nothing on the plants..

Heaven after 4 years of trying to find a decent tropical fish shop at last I’ve found the one. My local shop Living Waters closed its doors a few years ago for a housing development on site. I’ve been to so many different outlets of Maidenhead aquatics, which I’ve walked round and walked straight of. H2O habitat is outstanding, the tanks are clean, no dead fish, no algae on the glass. The freshwater tropical tanks contained quality fish. The plant selection was really good and the price I pay online was similar. The marine section looked excellent, lots of choice of fish and corals. Plenty of reptiles. I spoke to Darren who was very knowledgeable and helpful. In the spring to outdoor koi section reopens. I am so pleased that I have at last found a decent shop.
An amazing Aquarius and reptile store. This is literally the only place I will buy fish and plants from now, I've never had any sick fish or parasite infested plants from here, which can be a really problem from most stores. Their new reptile section is very cool too!

We hadn’t been here in a while and visited last week to the delight of their expansion from just awesome aquatics with amazing fish displays from cold water, to tropical and marine with fantastic plant and coral tanks too. The expansion now includes so many cool additional animals too. My kids were in awe and loved it. The customer experience in the shop is amazing too, with Rob and all the team super friendly, knowledgable and happy to help with anything.
