Great little M&S petrol station and very convenient for quick food supplies and wild bean coffee/snack station and toilet facilities . Called manager earlier to commend a member of staff, whom I have always found to be particularly courteous , engaging and helpful . Young lad called Tyler . He will go far in his career with such a positive attitude . Always a pleasure to be served by him. Thanks Tyler !

Have been over charged 3 times here at this service station .Once just recently, when I was charged twice for same item .I keep all my receipts usually, but mislaid last one. Went in today ( I had rung about it)! Manager Mo appeared to refund using a pack of bread rolls/baps from shelf that were equivalent, but he merely charged them to my card ,,then cancelled it again! No extra refund given .I’ve lost trust frankly !

The manager of this establishment tries to tell me it was illegal to fill aplastic diesel jerry can with 10 litres of diesel i would not recommend this petrol staion to any one when the management clearly doesn't know his legislation from his elbow

This evening we stopped at the BP garage at Hampton Court having driven for some time visiting family. We stopped so my partner could make use of the disabled toilets whilst I purchased some dinner for us as it was quite late.My partner was waiting to use the toilet and after a couple of minutes of waiting was informed by a member of staff whom we believe is called 'Anthony' that the toilet was out of use. My partner is on medication which acts as a diuretic due to his ADHD and tried to discretely urinate around the side of the buying, however the member of staff we believe to be called Anthony followed him shouting that he would report him to the police. My partner then attempted to come back in the store to help me pick a ready meal, but 'Anthony' would not allow this and explained that as my partner was physically unable to hold his urine due to his disability he was not allowed back into the shop. He loudly announced my partners license plate and the exact time of the 'incident' to the lady on the till, who frankly looked embarrassed.I quickly paid for the ready meals and left and have since reported to 101 for discrimination due to how upset and humiliated my partner feels. He does not always have full control over his bladder and we do consider planned rest stops en route, and as the Hampton Court BP station is listed as having a disabled toilet this was was a Pitstop on our way home. It was not listed as out of order, nor was there any apparent signage as we drove nor walked in. I am upset on behalf of my partner and cannot imagine how embarrassed he feels.Absolutely appalled on his behalf and hope 'Anthony' and any other member of staff on duty involved is disciplined as per the discrimination guidelines for BP staff.

My partner used the garage today to buy 2 items. The clerk, acting strangely, tried to claim that the transaction did not proceed and asked her make contactless payment again which she did. She then checked her account to find that both transactions had actually been approved. The second transaction was also for a different amount (£2:60), an amount different to the price of both items purchased. Very suspect behaviour - felt like a scam by the clerk. Complaint to management was made and a refund was finally provided for the rouge second transaction. Not what you’d expect from a branded petrol station.

Staff are friendly and happy to help find items if you need help

Good shop. Can be busy to park BUT BEWARE - you can’t come back within 4 hours!

The manager is rude and seems to be against selling me a bag of fresh doughnuts. When asked why he couldn't sell them he told me to f off! Don't respect that language after I've done a pond shift and want a treat.

Very rude member of staff! No Coffee machine working, no hot food! No Toilet, Avoid and drive to a better "service station"! We all expect better from BP and M&S.

Generally convenient and small M & S food is handy. But a big problem is that on the pumps, the petrol and diesel pumps do not have differently coloured pipes. I put in a small amount of petrol into my diesel car and had to get the AA to drain the tank. It was partly my fault but also partly BP. The BP Ultimate diesel hand grip said "diesel" on but the petrol one did not say "petrol".
