We've been having olive for years. But on the last 4 or 5 orders they haven't got things right and to top it off tonight my went in and got our pizzas they weren't busy and half way home they had forgot the garlic bread so in the traffic he had to go back and they hadn't even cooked it.These are supposed to be the same people ,we won't being have pizza from them again .

Terrible service. AvoidHad ordered for delivery some time ago. The driver claimed he couldn't find my address and rather than calling he decided to wait outside with our food getting ruined. When I finally decided to call after 45 minutes he said he is waiting outside. Food was sent back and replaced but took an other hour.Then I was told from the restaurant I would get a Foodhub voucher and a complimentary drink next time. On my next order none worked. Delivery driver then said come to the store next time and we will sort out the £20 voucher in house.So I went to the shop and not only they didn't do anything the person there had to call his boss and both were extremely rude.I'm pretty sure I'm not the first or last person from there to have a bad experience

After 90 minutes the food arrived cold and inedible. After several attempts to call the take away and a pointless conversation with the “food hub” who organise this through just eats (don’t bother dealing with these people, it’s a waste of time!) and several more attempts someone did finally pick up the phone. Unfortunately it was only to say they couldn’t refund because they didn’t know how and the manager would contact me to sort it out when they got in. They never called back and when I tried the next day it was back to nobody picking up the phone. Disgraceful, if you want a cold inedible meal at an unreasonable price this is the place to go!

I ordered from Olive Tree Pizza for the first time today. I have to say. I was impressed. It was good pizza and very reasonable in price. It was a little tricky to get my toppings across on the phone, so maybe some customer service skills would do them good??. But jokes aside, i loved it.

Ordered a delivery via their website and it didn’t show up. Called up and they said it was ordered for collection. I have a screenshot showing it was for delivery. I called up twice asking for a refund and was told the manager would call, but they haven’t, so I’m now out of pocket. Mistakes/IT glitches happen and that’s fine, but I should have had a refund.

Don't use these cowboys. Deliver pizza 2.5 hours early so it 'll have to be reheated. Refuse tonredeliver. Provide an excuse that the member of staff is too inexperienced to tell the time properly.
