Excellent Italian food and very polite server. The atmosphere reminded me of a quaint restaurant in the Italian countryside.

Visited with family as we had not been to the Averna for ages. Had a fantastic meal. Garlic mushrooms were super tasty. American hot pizza was fresh, full of flavour with loads of fresh engrediants 10/10. Througherly enjoyable with the same excellent service we have always had. We will be back soon. Its easy to see why this place has been around for so long..

Risotto is a still good, but pizza is not good, tiny stone or glass (I am not sure what is it) into the pizza, my wife and I ate pizzas with stone. Be careful the pizza.Risotto is 4.5 stars but pizza is one star.
Absolutely disgusting food! Service was shocking! The bill was wrong when queried was shut down! Manager was rude And the food was that bad it was sent back. I would NOT COME BACK!!!!

We have used Averna many times for dinning in but we decided to have a uber delivery. item was described as chicken with pasta with a side order of veg or salad, we chose veg. on arrival there just chicken and two nugget size of potato for £18.99. we assumed just a mistake but when ringing, the staff were just arrogant and tried to make me feel as it was my fault. I try to support local Buisness's but for this reason I can not recommend
