Amazing hotel. Rooms excellent, very clean and amazing host. Nothing too much trouble for him and very socialable. Location perfect for Hampton Court Palace. The Hotel actually backs onto the Palace Maze.

Food & drinks: The food and service here are exceptional. I'm always warmly welcomed and looked after. The food is great. I love coming here for Sunday lunch after a walk in Bushy Park with the dog. Don't skip on the dessert. They specialise in these.Good wine choice too.

We had a beautiful meal here today. The manager & staff were so welcoming and friendly. We had our dogs with us & got a fabulous snug with a log burning stove to enjoy our food. The food was delicious and excellent quality. We will definitely be back. The only small niggle was the lack of parking (only around 7 spaces which were filled) so we had to park a fair bit away & walk - but it was worth it. Keep up the good work !

We had a lovely Sunday lunch at the Kings Arms Hotel this past Sunday. The service was amazing, we were served by a very helpful and friendly restaurant manager! All of the roast options were delicious and the Sticky Toffee Pudding was amazing. Would definitely recommend and will be returning!Walkability: Perfect walk from Bushy Park

Amazing breakfast, really helpful when we were delayed and needed a late check

Amazing hotel in a beautiful location right across from beautiful Bushy Park and Hampton Court. The rooms were spacious and spotless with really nice decor - we loved the quirky art work. Breakfast had a great choice of cooked to order dishes as well as cereals and pastries etc in a buffet. The bar was fab and served a great selection of cocktails which we happily sampled. The staff, however, were really what made the difference. They were all so pleasant and chatty, always smiling and the service was brilliant. It felt like such a personable hotel - not at all like a typical London hotel. Would love to go back - we had a perfect stay - thank you so much!

My flight was delayed, my Uber didn’t show, I was hot, tired and cranky. When I arrived the hotel was closed. The overnight manager came to welcome me. He went out of his way to make sure I got settled. The morning staff was equally as delightful

We called in here, just for drinks, after a visit to Hampton Court Palace. It was a really hot day, so was impressed that they had free iced water and cordial outside - to help yourself too. Very rare that you see that! We did buy drinks as well and the service was great. A lovely member of staff spoke to my daughter about the maze that you could see from the window of a corridor near the toilets, lovely. If ever in the area again, would call again. Didn’t eat bit food looked a reasonable price.

Myself and my Wife booked a weekend away at this lovely hotel, to celebrate our 39th wedding anniversary, the service and atmosphere was excellent, and the staff and management very friendly and warm. Our room was very comfortable, clean, and quite. The evening meal in the restaurant, was 5 star. On site parking, and a friendly bar was a real bonus. I would highly recommend it to family and friends, we will be visiting again as it was a pleasure.

The room was very warm at night and too noisy with the road to open a window. The hotel was told in advance that I am gluten intolerant, the breakfast waitress brought me gluten free bread to put in the toaster that is used for normal bread, as soon as I mentioned cross contamination she took it back to the kitchen and it was toasted there, there was no gluten free sausage for me even though they had the advance notice so I had to go without. I said I can’t have black pudding as it is not gluten free, but it was still put on my plate anyway. The morning breakfast staff need training in food intolerances as they had no idea at all about my intolerances and it was embarrassing having to keep telling them, as I had lost trust with them after that. We also was not asked if we wanted any more tea or coffee at breakfast, I have never stayed anywhere before where you were not even asked.
