Really nice cafe, staff are friendly and service quick. There's plenty of seating both inside and out, plus a range of seating to accommodate most requirements.

Visited on Monday. No hot chocolate. Cakes looking barren. Last visit only one member of staff in. Drink was pretty poor. Used to love costa but there’s better in godalming now.

When I was heavily pregnant and in a wheelchairI was refused to use the toilet as they were about the close and had already cleaned it. The public toilets were also closed which I told the two girls working at the coffee shop, so they really let me stranded. I offered to pay or buy something but was still refused.

What can one say about a Costa other than its always consistent. But that's hard to come by in some coffee shops that can be hit and miss on your favourite cup of Joe. Staff are pretty good, but I often use the Costa Collect APP. Easy to translate my preference.

The tables, chairs and parts of the floor were clean. The rest of the premises can l only be described as utterly filthy. Doors, windows, all the fittings behind the counter and the electronic menu screen were disgusting. It was obvious that a thorough clean had not been done for done for a very long time. The preparation areas were dirty and untidy. Worse still the whole place has a horrible smell like sour milk or cheese. I will definitely not return and will also contact Waverley Borough Environmental Health.
Staff friendly and helpful. Coffee was good as you would expect toasted cheese sandwich was very nice.
