We moved into Weyhill a month ago and The Apple Tree is the best local you could hope for. Sue and her team are absolutely brilliant, super friendly and most importantly, they pour a bloody good pint of Guinness! The pizzas we had were fantastic at the weekend and we’ll be joining the pub quiz on Thursday… great job everyone!

Very un welcoming pub. Just went to take my friend there who just turned 18. Went to the bar she asked for ID and instead of saying happy birthday the bartender was very rude and hostile towards us. The old owners were much friendlier. Definitely much better pubs

The land lady (I am choosing not to reveal her name for protection of identity) is the most humble, down to earth, respectable, and compassionate human being I've ever met. She turned my toughest night into a not so bad night after all, I had ran out of money and needed somewhere warm to stay for a couple of hours. I never bought anything as I had no money, I discretely sat in the corner of the pub by myself. A member of staff which turned out to be the land lady asked me "are you waiting for somebody?" I nodded my head and said "yes" for multiple reasons. I was cold and scared and needed somewhere to stay warm and safe for a couple of hours as I am from London but ran out of fuel and had no money.During my stay at the pub I felt unbothered which naturally made me feel comfortable to stay. After using the loo I chose somewhere different to sit as I never wanted to be recognised, a few more hours went by and the land lady asked me "are you still waiting for somebody?" It was evident I wasn't waiting for somebody and the pub was closing soon.As I told the truth about my stay in the pub the land lady sat at the table I was sitting on, we had a chat. She said "Im concerned about your safety" which allowed me to confined to her as she showed empathy, humanity and was really caring to my situation.I give the Apple Tree Pub a 5 out of 5 star ratings ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ for excellent hospitality for allowing me to feel welcomed. At no point was I ever asked to leave the pub either. ??????????FYI I get paid Friday midnight! ?

Local pub for me and always a good time. Staff are very friendly, TVs with the football on, beer garden is lovely and a choice of games inside. What's not to like! Usually stays open later than most places in Haslemere too which is a positive.

Lovely pub, friendly staff and a fantastic selection of drinks! They even have non alcoholic gin, beer and cider options for non drinkers. The garden is really lovely and the added touches like blankets available for those sitting outside and dog treats for canine visitors is brilliant. We are so glad we took the chance and wandered in here, will definitely be back!

Quiet time of day and only popped in for one but found the staff friendly enough and the Guinness was a well poured pint.
