I must say that a horrible service today from Costa Coffee haslemereI am an everyday costumer at this Coffee shop and today I was told that only cash payment because of the broken system they having with cards paymentsI even couldn't use my free Coffee beans and again is disappointed that they employ staff who they don't really respect the costumers like myself

Food is always poor (it's Costa) but staff are friendly enough, it's okay.
I came to Costa about two and a half weeks ago and was told that their ice machine was broken. I was not very frustrated at this point in time. However, I went back today only to find out that their ice machine I still broken, even after over two weeks. On top of that, whilst waiting to be served, one of the employees stopped to have a conversation with another worker. Ridiculous.

They are good for the Costa in the area. They now have the Click and Collect, which I prefer to use. It helps me facilitate my antisocial nature.Kid-friendliness: Had lunch with my son. Juice and sausage rolls were on the menu
