So disgusted. Have just ordered a domino’s from here, we ordered 2 pizzas, 2 sides and one large drink. Once we got a knock on the door for it we answered within about 2 seconds. Opened the door, our food was on the floor expect one of our sides were missing. Not to mention, the pizza’s were quite cold too. The delivery driver obviously didn’t want us to see their face as they didn’t deliver all of what we ordered. So they left our door extremely quick for us not to be able to see them. We have then called them to explain this and have been accused of lying, been spoke to in a very rude manner and told that the delivery driver “can’t lie”…we asked for a refund and they said that they can’t do that, we asked if they could deliver our other side and they said that they couldn’t do that either. Absolutely ridiculous, can’t believe this.

Didn’t deliver. Made me go to store with proof of purchase then argued that I didn’t order. I had to produce bank statements. Then cooked half the order, left on the counter for 20 minutes. They left food out on the counter uncooked and not chilled

Who doesn't like a Domino's pizza? I had a large pizza and got one free. It was £22 for a large pizza so would expect second one free ?. The Haselmere shop is no different the online ordering is a ball ache and in my opinion quicker to go and order from the front desk.

Drivers take to long to deliver the food. I have waited as long as 1 hour for the food, called the place to ask where my delivery is and said it will be 2 minutes as the driver is out for delivery, 40 min later the driver still cant find my adress, never had any issues with other food delivery restaurants. Happend way to many times now and the food is cold by time it arrives. Asked for a refund and was denied. Worst part is when they call you back to ask for directions and they dont speak english at all. Hire some people who actually managed to pass 2nd grade in school. Should NOT be doing delivery if not able to provide a proper service.

Twice they have not delivered due to "lack of delivery drivers" yet make no calls and still take orders. You'll have to wait a while to get through to them and eventually you'll have to drive to collect it despite paying the delivery fee.Staff are fine but it's managed very poorly, the food is about average for domino's
Ordered two wraps that’s it! Turns out I had two wraps two bottles of coke LARGE! 4 cookies for nothing !! Shout out to haslemere dominos! Very recommended

Bought three pizzas on Saturday… there was no delivery. When I got home and opened them, every one was burned. It was too late to go back (the kids needed to eat) so we had to pick around the burned bits for the dry pizza. How do you mess up pizza when it’s all you are known for? We won’t be back.

80 minutes after ordering the app informed me my pizza was delivered. It wasn't. On calling the store I was hung up on a number of times before I was able to speak to someone 20 minutes later. They were rude and disinterested, attempted to tell me the issue was due to a car accident nearby (which according to the local news happened after my pizza was apparently delivered). Would not give me a ref for the my requested cancellation and refund and then hung up on me.All in, nearly two hours for no food and a really terrible, unprofessional service. For all I know Dominoes have just retained my money. Avoid.
