Service was pleasant enough, but short of staff. Place had 5 uncleared tables for at least 20 mins during meal. Nice staff. But ultimately WHEN DID THE PIZZA GET SO SMALL!!?? BEST part of£20 each. Mad, surely can't go on much longer.

Six of us visited haslemere Pizza Express on Saturday 27th January to celebrate my daughters 22nd birthday. We can not thank the team enough for making our night so perfect. As soon as we arrived we were greeted by the manager with a very warm welcome and taken to our table. We would like to say a huge thank you to Charlie, who looked after us for the night. Nothing was too much trouble. He was fantastic at his job. His customer service skills were brilliant. A real asset to the restaurant. I also want to say if you are looking for good food, definitely go there. The pizzas and pasta dishes were heaven. My daughter loved her evening as did us all. She was made to feel really special. They even dimmed the lights when they brought out her cake. Thank you again, Charlie and all the team, for a perfect evening. Would definitely recommend this restaurant.

Unbelievably shoddy pizzas and not at all up to the Pizza Express standard when we ordered tonight via Deliveroo. Website said click and Collect wasn’t available, otherwise we’d have happily collected in person.When receiving the order we were met with cold food (bear in mind the restaurant is <2 mins drive from our house) with honestly 10% of the toppings you’d expect in house.Pics attached of the sloppy guiseppe and padana received. Horrified.

Up to the usual standard and great service from two very friendly servers, though Pizza Express is getting pretty pricy these days, so my visits are becoming less frequent.Kid-friendliness: My kids love Pizza Express. Food comes relatively quick, they're given stuff to entertain themselves beforehand, and the servers are super-nice.

Really lovely staff. So helpful. The Cannelloni is so tasty. It’s very saucy, really worth a go. The bread with the pesto is also a must have. Everything we’ve had we’ve always liked. The staff really go above and beyond and it’s definitely worth a visit!!

Had a lovely dinner at Pizza Express Haslemere, the food was delicious and came out fast and piping hot. The staff were all very helpful at making recommendations, were very fast at delivering food and drinks, and were very polite, I think her name was Lauren. Thoroughly enjoyed the meal and will be going back to that particular branch of the restaurant again

This is such a pretty Pizza Express. It looks so cool inside and the staff are so nice!My personal recommendation is not to go without the app, you can save lots of money using it and even pay via your phone. Also bring along some sort of discount such as your UniDays or a voucher, and come Sunday - Monday. This makes the food very reasonably priced.

Our waitress was fantastic. She dealt with an error on the order and payment exceptionally well. The food was slow to arrive and very average when it arrived. The pizza had no specific taste other than tomato and grease and the dough was overworked and chewy. At c £16 a pizza I would rather get a frozen from the supermarket. Sad as love to pop to this location.

Ultra processed rubbish. Honestly, after changing my diet and the food I eat almost 6 months ago I can now properly say that food from these type of establishments is just embarrassing. I only went along as the kids wanted Pizza. We got served sub standard junk food which is glossed up as authentic Italian Faye and charged stupid prices as a final insult.Rubbish ?
