To Mr Hugo Van Durrrrr Walt, the guy who seems to like to complain about people.I was served by an older lady at the till area and I found her very helpful, polite and talkative. She assisted me with what I needed and I left there very happy with my service. I think that maybe you were having a bad day and thought you'd like to bully someone. This is her job, her livelihood, get over yourself.

The older lady at the till is so rude. It is not the first time but this morning I was not in the mood for it getting told "you get what you are given and not what you want"

Very helpful and kind staff when I had filled up my car and the petrol tank had a huge leak. They closed the garage, pushed my car off the forecourt, cleared everything up, brought hot chocolates and Percy pigs out to my children, organised a recovery truck to pick up the car and offered me the use of a car to take the kids home. Couldn’t have asked for kinder people. Thank you everyone :-)

I went in the other day to get some flowers to give to my aunt as my uncle had sadly passed away on the 5th of November and the shop looked good. However as I walked up to the tills there was a blonde lady 20ish who was sat on her phone, she didn’t even realise I was there for a few minutes. now she was very rude to me and I herd her muttering under her breath “so much for a lockdown, flowers aren’t an essential item.” This really took me buy surprise as these flowers were about £15 and I was at least expecting some decent customer service from it, hopefully she Learns at some point some basic manners. I don’t think I’ll ever go back again awful experience.

Using valid ID at the age of 17 got myself refused from buying tropical juice with a kick. Absolutely ridiculous. Don’t go at 22:35 ish, customer service from a guy wearing glasses is pretty shoddy. If there was an option for -1/5, he would get it, just him. How can you be Ebeneezer Scrooge in April? Miserable sod.\\n-27/5
