Very rude Manager. He said he was the Manager but I can’t believe he could be as he was so rude to a customer. Needs some training. He even put the phone down on me.

Ordered online to receive a call hour later to say delay in my delivery and would be another 50 minutes I could collect in 20 minutes asked about delivery cost told not allowed to refund . Arrived at shop order waiting sort out your delivery system .

Lewis answered the phone after being a rude little sarcastic pri** I received my pizza an hour late.No care for customer service or peice of mind just a selfish little teen waiting for his insurance payslip for his 206

Will not go back. Ordered 2 pizzas, got home and they had put on far too much bbq sauce and they were inedible. Put them in the bin and phoned them up, was told the manager would be in in 20 minutes and would call me back - that was 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting for his call....will not be using again which is a shame as I used to order regularly because this is my local branch but they have lost my business now because they clearly don't care about customer service...

Second time I've had to complain about the double decadence base and twice I've been told I'd recieve a refund but haven't. Pay extra for a base that's meant to have sauce but doesn't so it taste like cardboard. We will never be ordering from here again.*just add, still waiting on 2 refunds from previous orders!

Ordered at 17:10 for delivery fir 19:00, track my order stated out for delivery at 18:45. Arrived at 19:20 cold, phoned at 19:20 to be told will re make what was cold over an hour and a half to receive the wrong items. Avoid this store at all cost. Managers need training on customer service.
