Had one of the best ever chicken burgers. Nice and exactly as ordered. Very friendly staff. Would certainly return for more. I am sure the negative experiences by other reviewers are due to delivery company. 5 star!!

Expected delivery at 7.13pm, turned up at 7.50pm with uber eats. Was stone cold so had to microwave it which detracted from the experience. Expected delivery within an hour. 8.00pm rolls round with no burger. The wife was out and about that evening so asked her to pop in to see what was going on. Tried calling the branch and the phone was down, checked on the app to find they had reduced their hours to 6pm to 8.04pm, had taken my money though. Burger turned up at about 8.30pm as the wife was there. Asked the driver if it was hot and he said he had just picked it up, was stone cold! Managed to speak to a member of staff who couldn't get hold of the manager but said they'd had this problem before and would contact me for some compensation or full refund. Surprise surprise, no contact whatsoever.I will NOT be using blacks burger again which is s real shame because the burgers are lovely just the service is shocking!

We ordered delivery to our hotel at 1730 and our food didn’t get delivered until 1900 and they didn’t complete the delivery through the app so we had no idea that it had gotten delivered to the reception desk. We tried calling the restaurant and they didn’t answer the phone. So we walked all the way there and the 14 year old that was working told us it was already delivered. They didn’t apologize or seem to care at all. So we walked back to our hotel and our food was cold. The burgers were still good cold though. Just disappointing they didn’t offer to do anything about it.

Staying in a typically bland and expensive airport hotel, offering typically bland and expensive food, Wife had the bright idea of looking at Uber Eats for delivery. The result was a really excellent burger, fries and drinks delivered within half an hour or so. Thoroughly recommended.

Absolutely terribleMy order arrived through Uber eats which initially was fine until we opened it, it was missing two sidesHad to ring the venue several times as everything I did the phone would be answered but no one spoke, instead I could hear people in the background talking amongst themselves, eventually got through to try and arrange replacements or to find out how to go about getting refunded to be told by a female front of house staff "Well it's not my problem, uber must have taken it" I tried to ask how to rectify it to constantly get shot down with "not my problem, contact uber I know it was in there I packed it myself"The attitude is not what I expect from a restaurant and when I asked to speak to a manager I was told there was no one availableBefore she rudely passed the phone on to a male, he told me the process which I needed to follow minus the attitude.

Rude staff. The woman who works in there doesn't deserve a job. You are clearly in the wrong job!! Ordered food half missing, we got blamed for that. Took about 20 minutes to call them and then got rudness on the phone!! Outrageous.

OMG what a burger, quite possibly one of the nicest and flavour some burgers I've had....the choice of different burgers and different toppings is immense...and the chips are to die for, next time I'm gonna try the Cajun chips for extra flavour. ...yes they even cater for the veggies out there...you will not be disappointed...yes it's more expensive that mcd/whop but it's gourmet burgers....oh and the server was cute..?

Absolutely love Blacks Burgers! Yummy juicy meat and great choice of toppings! My fave is the crispy fried onions. Also love the festive additions to the milkshakes- Fererro Rocher is delicious! Please add this to the normal menu! Highly recommend. ?
Because I’ve ordered from blacks burger Horley a few times before I would’ve recommended it to anyone however, this recent experience is very off putting. The first issue is with the website, it wouldn’t allow me to process my order until after 17:30 although it states from 17:00 and then wouldn’t processes my order still it says my order is out of their delivery area I live in Horley I am a stones throw from the train station. I’ve tried calling the restaurant but they won’t answer and I have reason to believe they should be open on a Tuesday as there is a deal attached to ordering from their website. On Deliveroo it’s saying they are closed I'm confused and disappointed. I enjoyed Blacks Burger but it’s been a stressful hour of trying to order food.

Had the dirty burger with veggie burger kinder Bueno brownieBurger was one of the best veggie burgers I've had.Brownie was nice but it's pretty much a brownie with a kinder Bueno baked into it. Probably just get the tripe choco one next time.Would come again 100%

Used to order from these guys all the time but after them always forgetting parts of my order/ delivering freezing cold , I think my blacks days are over, extremely overpriced for the quality they deliver, I’d save your pennies and head down to five guys
