I had the Cajun Chicken wrap with a Caramel Late both of which were very nice! I enjoyed the wrap a lot more than I expected to and the late is amazing as always

Serves a purpose while you wait at the airport its open 24 hours, coffee is expensive buy one and park up, plenty of sockets for charging laptops and phones. Always ask for takeaway cups.\\nBring a blanket if your going to nap, can be cold!

The service at this Costa was appalling. The server at the till was laughing at each and every customer including myself when orders were being placed. I've repeated my order several times to help expediate the service as the qué behind me continued to grow. My efforts however, did not help.\\nI had repeated the order again to another barista as they struggled to understand what drinks were ordered. 1iced vanilla latte,1 iced coconut vanilla latte and a cappuccino to go. Barista making the order still prepared the iced beverages incorrectly. After repeating the iced drinks order for what felt like the 7th time, I gave up on recieving what I had purchased.\\nBy that point it seemed far too much trouble to return to the counter in order to provide some feedback.\\nThe quality of the coffee was so terrible that it had made me and my partner physically sick shortly after consumption.\\nHaving worked at Costa previously as a manager it was a huge disappointment that the standards dropped so drastically. Having your customers being laughed at for ordering drinks with alternative milk without thinking that it will be noticed is extremely unprofessional, rude and obnoxious.\\nVery disappointed

Asking for a mug and not a plastic cup was like if i were asking for the biggest task of all time. Is that a general but untold policy from Costa managers to their staff to make things easy and fast (no cleaning) or just the person who served me was in a super lazy mode that day.\\nAlmond croissant moreover was not good at all. Not a good experience.

Went for a coffee before checking in for our flight. It took around 20 mins to get served. We were provided with entertainment though. A staff member was heating up a sausage bap. She dropped it when finished heating. She picked up the fallen items with tongs and use the same tongs to heat up the replacement sausage bap ???. When we finally go served the gingerbread latte's ordered were overly milky and very very sweet. The accompanied ginger bread man was stale and had no flavour what so ever.

A very busy Costa's that had a long service line (+10 minutes) but perfectly placed at the international arrivals exit of Gatwick's North Terminal.\\n\\nThe coffee is the usual Costa offering but more expensive

Spent 15/20 minutes queuing, only to get to the front, I went a step to far to the second counter be to hold that now they won’t serve me and I have to queue up again.Customer service skills = zero

Great staff, customer service coffee and food always yummy but when it's get busy my mocha cortado becoming like strong coffee the choco mocha not there just pure coffee ☕ I need to drink it even give me a headache I think it depend whose serving meEvery staff got different makeNow just order look like mocha cortado but the taste isn't mocha coffee

It is a big mess. The ladies spend time talking, talking and you can not understand who is working and who is not.
I sat down with two or three coffees by the end of it as I had to wait for someone and not really much else to do at that time of day in Horley. Coffee like any other Costas, nothing special to report back, just somewhere to kill time if need be . The lady at the till had a nice smile, service as you would expect, fast and matter of fact..as I say, nothing special, but useful, thank you

Pretty average Costa, Went here as my home WIFI was down. Did several speed tests over two hours and got no more than 5 MPS via the o2 link. Was so slow had to give up in the end. Coffee was nice although bit expensive.

Hey ...why do you guys put only two people working early in the morning ...it's the second time in a row that before 5 am I wait for over 10 mins for a coffee. Two peple in the queue behind me left angry and said " well Nero for me today!!! ".
Poor girls working so hard to serve so many people.
