“I absolutely love this place! I travel up from Reigate to Horley (4 miles) purely for the taste and friendliness of the staff. I share my dinner with my dog as she loves the pancake rolls and the staff even remove the onion pieces from the chicken fu yung for me as that is poisonous to dogs. If you are looking for a Chinese meal you can't go wrong here.. p.s. the pancake rolls are huge.. and so delish!”

“We ordered takeaway here for the first time, having had all sorts of problems with other Chinese restaurants in Horley. I must say everyone in our family, even 3 young children, loved the food. The most impressive thing is you immediately notice the food is not greasy, not heavy…. We ate loads and didn’t feel we’d overdone it at the end of the meal. Was great to see a 5 food hygiene rating also. We wish we had tried the New Emperor sooner and hope we experience the same the next time and this becomes our new go to place in Horley for Chinese.”

“Car park requires a validated purchase and barcode that is unusual but makes sense given the pressure on the car park. Staff were lovely. Restaurant and toilets to the usual high standards of a McDonald's restaurantParking: Average size car park but lots of users due to airport proximity. Disabled parking is outside the managed carpark and seems to be used by people trying too avoid getting a ticket. In this situation wheelchair users have to use the main carpark but a combination of speed bumps and kerbs make wheelchair use difficultWheelchair accessibility: Car park can be difficult as mentioned in parking section. Restaurant is fine and easy to navigate with a wheelchair”
