No surprise their reviews are low; waited 10 minutes in the queue to pay simply because the cashier decided to stop serving , to clean up a spillage by another customer whilst her colleague was milling around in the shop ; no attention or regard was given to the rest of the customers eating to be served !!

Supposed to be 24 hours, but always arrive at 5:30am on numerous occasions and always found it closed for petrol/shopping highly inconvenient.?

JET WASH RIDICULOUS - First of all you are made to buy a token from the shop having to que with other shoppers (unlike others where you put money directly in the jetwash machine.Then you can select from 3 different washes. I went for the most expensive one which the attendant said lasts 15min. Lasted 12min so 20% less.BEST FOR LAST - The most rediculous thing is that the wash is pre programmed and automatically switches from one stage to the other. So if you have an Aygo or a Transporter you have the same time until it switches from shampooing to rinsing to hotwax. I just got one side of the car done before it switched to the next stage. Ridiculous.You should be able to manually what ypu want to do and add more time if you need to at different stages by puttimg more money in. Also a display with time on it will help you pace yourself.Any just stupidest jet wash I ve ever seen. Well done Shell!

I run from work to this place to buy something to eat and cigarettes, in front of me 3 ambulance personnel get inside of the shop, the door open for them, but me I was let to wait in a short queue outside because they close the door at 11pm. Because of that I couldn't buy food because I didn't know what they have to sell. I understand that health is important and they are key workers, but security it is as well important and we are key workers as well. The ambulance doesn't stay all day at the entrance, but security does, because they have a security guard there. I'm completely disappointed and disgusting about this kind of behaviour.

Petrol Station with a mini Waitrose. Sometimes you have a queue. I think you can pay on your phone with Shell app but never tried it.
