Top notch takeaway. Delivered under the estimated time. Fabulous food. We have been having takeaway from here since we moved to Horley 8 year ago and the place never fails to impress. I hope this place never goes out of business or changes their chef.

Disappointed overall. We were told an hour for delivery it turned out to be almost 2 hours. Sauses for the Biryani both missing. Spicy bhuna was medium at best! Would not order again.

I use this restaurant a lot, at least monthly, for take-away for my family. This is Horley, and this is a 'traditional' relatively inexpensive classic British Indian restaurant serving inexpensive Anglo-Indian food. If you are expecting fare of the standard in Benares or The Cinnamon Club you won't get it as we have no restaurants in Horley that have a Michelin star, any more than we have a handful of restaurants that have a single AA rosette. What you do get is value for money and reasonable consistency. I own a small YumAsia rice-cooker that allows me to bulk out a £25 take-away so that it feeds three people for two days - that works out at about £3 per substantial meal per person, less than a price of a coffee from any of the coffee shops in town. It is less expensive than a sandwich from Waitrose and the restaurant is underrated because people's expectations are out of kilter with the price point of the offering. The staff are polite and efficient, and I will continue to use their services for as long as it stays that way.

Hands down one of the worse curry I have ever had in my life.

The food is often stale. From ordering weekly to ordering rarely. Had food today and chicken was clearly mixed with meet much older. An hour to wait for your food, regardless of pickup or eat in. Management please change your ways.

Amazing experience! It is small and cosy. I used it first time, I was staying in nearby hotel and was hungry. I ordered a fish Jafrezy and chapati. It was so nice, they are very clean and polite, welcoming, price ok, I payed around 13 pounds.

Had a takeaway last night and found it very disappointing. The veg samosa and spring roll were not nice, the onion bhaji was good. We ordered garlic rice and it had loads and loads of chunks of raw garlic in it . The main chicken dish wasn’t too bad but the roti was hard, chewy and tasted of cardboard. We both had dodgy tummy this morning. Delivery was quick and on time. Such a shame as this place has good reviews online ?.

We have just visited with friends and had a very good meal, husband and wife team, Good service friendly we will be back. They have only just taken over and we wish you the very best and hope you will do well. The added bonus you take your own wine, which makes a very reasonable evening

Ordered online, received an email saying the food will be delivered within 2h20m. Called the restaurant to confirm this time and whilst doing so they ended the call several times on 4 separate phone calls. Very rude staff. Food arrived after an hour. Food was cold, gloopy and the chicken I couldn’t cut through. Very upset at this as we usually order from here. However from last night’s experience it’s a big no no. :( disappointing to say the least
Another superb very well made curry. Service can be a bit up and down as they clearly give priority to takeaway orders but once you ask them to focus on taking your order and get it in shortly after arrival then you're good to go.

Used to have a delivery from here regularly and it was excellent and then last year our food started arriving like warm. After a gap of months we tried again on Monday night. BIG MISTAKE! The main course chicken was hot as was one of the side dishes everything else was like warm. Stupidly we ate it! Problems during the night for both of us, stomach cramps, diarrhoea, nausea Have used the contact form on their website, still not contacted us 4 days later!

This place must of recently changed ownership as I ordered a fish Bhuna which I always order when I go there. It was nothing like the quality I’ve had before, it was swimming and I mean swimming in oil and so salty , threw it away . The onion Bhajis had obviously been cooked before and reheated as they were as hard as anything. I won’t be going back !

Good food, variety of vegetarian options. Less on portions.
