Can’t fault the staff here. Hard working, always friendly and know what their doing. They keep this branch tip top and long May it continue. (Less of the automatic/ self service checkouts please - the toll staff are like social workers too, always a smile and a chat with the lonely, single or elderly customers). 5️⃣⭐️

I was looking to get some change for the Leisure Centre car park and the man on the self checkout offered to give me a £1! Very kind offer which I declined but what a nice man!

This store has been ruined by pushing people to self checkout. It could work, but there is only ever one person (or sometimes no one) around to deal with errors and approvals. This leads to all of the self checkout tills getting blocked up and huge queues form. They now deliberately understaff the traditional tills to push people to self checkout. This is made worse by the fact that there are no portable scanners like every other supermarket has. If this wasn’t the only full sized supermarket in oxted I would never set foot in here. Sort it out.

Great selection of groceries, bit cramped in the lies but first time was nice. Lady on till was amazing and was talkinga nd laughing unlike most places where the till staff seem to not like serving customers. I shall go back. The cost of living is bad enough but some great deals so good alternative for me andnthe family.

Great location, ample parking. Traffic around is can be quite cumbersome due to its close vicinity to five ways.
