Arrived at 14:10 and hot food stops at 14:30. Went to grab a seat and table when the assistant stopped us to tell us that all the hot food has run out except breakfasts, and that if we want the breakfast, there's a 30-40 minute wait.We were forced to order cold food with 2 young children and just got some cakes for their lunch which isn't ideal.When we were going to sit down, I overheard the assistant telling the chef "I'm telling everyone that there's only breakfast left, you've got enough on". So.... What happened to running out of all other food? In addition, there was one table only that did not have their breakfast served, so why on earth would it take 30-40 minutes to cook a breakfast?!?Very, very poor fobbing off your customers in this way.

Nice light and airy cafe set within Morrisons supermarket. It’s much better in here since they refurbished it. Expect okay food served with a 10 minute delay with self-serve dirty cutlery.

Truly awful experience today.do not use this cafe! Went with my son for latevlunch as kids eat free ordered all day breakfast looked old refried and over cooked.5.99 seemed a bargain son got chicken nuggets and chips he said chips ok but nuggets horrible.my hashbrowns rock hard days old mushroom shivelled tomato over cooked sausage I could go on.i asked for refund which I hot but felt really let down as this cafe used to be so good.every table dirty coffee spilt on floors wasn't busy so no excuse.never will I go again yo this cafe

Ordered 2 breakfasts, horrible, cold, deep fried absolutely disgusting I can’t believe they thought that they were acceptable to serve. Poached egg was ok but rest ?

The breakfast was okay, but the cutlery was absolutely filthy Could be a risk to health! Won’t be going again although a regular shopper at Morrisons Oxted

Three of us 'oldies' went for fish and chips which was delicious. Staff and customers were very helpful to us. We will certainly go again. Thank you.

Ordered breakfast and the bacon was so overcooked you could not even cut it let alone eat it. The cutlery was disgusting you had to search to find some that was actually clean. Baked potato was yellow and tasted awful.
No heating at all and only bacon or sausage sandwich on breakfast menu as one poor member of staff left on own to take orders and cook. Why invest in fancy refit then ruin by having no food or heating?!!

We decided to stop for breakfast in Morrisons Oxted. No one on the till but a very rude assistant sitting down eating toast said 'what do you want!' We replied 'a cooked breakfast' , she said 'get your own drinks and then someone will see what you want.' She was mouthing off to other staff, even called one a 'cheeky cow' Very loud person and a poor Image for Morrisons. Not a pleasant experience.

The worst breakfast I have ever been served anywhere in my entire life. My Mum said the same. The bacon had definitely been sitting there pre-cooked for hours before being served and was rubbery. The eggs were undercooked. The beans were cold infact everything was cold. The sausages were overcooked. The hash browns and mushrooms were full of grease and had obviously been cooked hours before serving. The tomato's were raw. Honestly how the staff think it is acceptable to serve this food to people is well and truly beyond me. I had a train to catch today at 11.20 otherwise I would have made my complaint there and then. Honestly the only thing that was ok was the toast. Do not waste your money. An insult to themselves and their customers. Go to The Wetherspoons next door instead.
