Firstly i had to ask the person preparing my sub to put gloves on as he was handling money before severing myself. I ask for a Italian BMT foot long and he started creating his own sub that was shaping up to be nothing like the photos. I asked him could he please make the sub like the photo to which he replied they do not make it like that in this subway they have their own way of making BMT so i said i no long want the sub and left.

Took over an hour to deliver 2 subs to a location less than 10 minutes drive away.Subs were thrown together with no care and not toasted as requested. Pots of sauce only half full despite costing extra.

Wanted to grab a sandwich and do some work. Chairs placed on top of tables and honestly the worst service I have ever experienced. Should of gone to co-op and sat on a bench.Seriously just go anywhere else

The worst Subway I have ever had. They put literally the bare amount of fillings in the sub, even after being asked to add a little more. The drink (pepsi max) tasted like water. Poured that away and poured a sprite, exactly the same. In my opinion they are clearly trying to save money but watering down drinks and adding minimal fillings to sandwiches. Will never go back

Staff are rude and dismissive. Put the price of my order up and assumed I wanted a bottle drink. Barely used any fillings as clearly doesn't want to go in the back and prepare any more. 8 quid for a half filled sandwich with terrible manners. What a joke
Terrible experience at oxted subway the fillings was used very sparingly charged extra money for things we didn’t know was extra like bacon and cheese the bill was ridiculous and the food was terrible!

Appalling example of a Subway restaurant. Male member of staff rude and arrogant. Ordered a meatball sub, no sauce was given, had to ask where the sauce was, when he added some it was like water. Asked for olives, was given 3 slices, when asked why there was so little, I was told it was policy. Also only one slice of a triangle of cheese. Was given lots of ketchup, I believe to make up for the lack of everything else! I was so shocked, that I asked for a refund, which was refused.

I Just been today to this fast food and everything was disgusting and not professional at all they didn’t know not even how to make the sandwich, how they was supposed to make it they was braking the red pepper with their hand and throwing stuff unprofessional inside it
