We live closer to the Redhill store but I go here for better food and better

We ordered 3 large pizzas. Long waiting time, and unfortunately pizza arrived barely warm (Domino's delivery). No answer for the complaint email via the help button, or for opinion "how was your order".

Absolutely por pizza, they can't even make a simple cheeseburger pizza correctly. And to to it all customer service is extremely poor.

It’s been a while since I had a Dominos, and it will be a while before I have another one. There has been a real drop in quality with their pizzas. The service at Reigate is always poor, I don’t think I’ve ever had it right first time. This time, I got sent the wrong pizza and they said they’d send a replacement right out. 1 hour later, I called back and a different person answered and had no idea about the issue I called earlier about. Replacement pizza finally arrived around 2 hours later! ??

An absolute disaster!!!! While their quality has gone down for sometime now, the customer service for this particular order I placed was terrible. First, they forget to add the chicken toppings to my pizza & didn't even have the courtesy to call & inform while they had figured this out right after the pizza was out for delivery. Reason being a busy evening. I would have understood this but then the manager decides to give a credit note without even speaking to us. When we call, he rudely says "oh we already knew that we had forgotten the chicken toppings but we were busy to call you. I have issued a credit on your account". His tone indicated "I don't care if you never order food from us again". Probably they have far too many customers to be bothered with our order.

I was in store for a click and collect but had arrived 10 minutes early. Had nothing else to do but watch the staff work, so here is what I saw:-the venue was clean. Not only the waiting area but the kitchen appeared tidy, clean and organised.-staff were efficient and diligent, there was a clear and systematic process. From the spreading of the dough through to final toppings before the oven. Staff members communicated along the line the specifics of each order.-The staff working were polite despite being busy. While I was in the store it was clearly taking numerous orders. This included a Karen demanding a refund over the phone. Staff dealt with all of it calmly and politely, despite being under pressure.Well done guys, it’s rare to see people caring about their work in a takeaway these days.! Keep it up !

We went in to order and take-away the pizzas initially at the Reigate branch. Sadly the staff confirmed they couldn’t receive payment by card at that time due to a fault (no sign on the window confirmed this), and the Reigate branch has stopped accepting cash awhile back which isn't helpful when card payments cannot be made and shows a lack of suitable business continuity! This left the only payment method via an app to download, and link to your bank account etc. The IT for this sadly didn’t work, and so couldn’t obtain the pizzas due to no available payment mechanism as described...We then went to the Redhill branch, after having been told the 2-4-1 deal was the best value choice on offer at Reigate. However, hindsight showed 2-4-1 large pizzas with 4 toppings was £24.75, yet there was also the any pizza £10.99 deal (seen after ordering and leaving etc so too late to have chosen). So 2 pizzas would have been £21.98 and so better value and cheaper than the 2-4-1 deal which was £24.75. So the staff had advised us to choose the more expensive deal saying it was in fact the cheapest - when it evidently wasn’t. This would seem to be a lack of awareness of their deals or deception depending on the view you wish to take, but either way it's at least very disappointing, annoying etc and offputting for visiting Domino’s, which is a shame since the actual pizzas were actually very tasty.

Have bought here several times on way back from Gatwick. Had the meaty pizza but very disappointed. Was ready when I got there, but seemed to be more tomato sauce and onions than meat.
