Found the staff a bit rude, noisy outside with deliveries early in the morning. Our room wasn't ready on check in.

Stayed here a few times for business, usually decent and great beds but this time round the bathroom was dirty on the floor, mould on the bath and the bed sagged in the middle. Shame, usually a acceptable stay, but seems to have gone

Stayed 1 nightRoom quiet and comfortable, was sound of railway and some flights going over, but even with window open all night a very comfortable nightBeefeater next door, good food friendly service, both evening meal and breakfast

Usual premier inn standard for room which was good, but the location was very noisy. A lot of rooms are located right by the main road that leads down in between the main hotel buildings to the car park. Therefore, you hear all sorts at all times of the night from people leaving in their cars, arriving with suitcases or the odd car with loud music. Wasn't great, wouldn't recommend really apart for the distance to Gatwick.

Ok hotel. Room was clean. Beds were like concrete.

The staff were very helpful. The issue I want to take up is that while we had a wheelchair accessible room, when we came down to breakfast, although the restaurant had a ramp, there were 2 sets of steps to get down to breakfast! It may be that there was an alternative entrance(I was using my walker, thankfully!). When we asked about gluten-free the menu they bought was so small, I couldn’t read it.I just want to say that it feels like you’re not being included.. I.have Parkinson’s and things are very bad sometimes, please don’t make it harder. Shower was not disability friendly either

Always away at a Premier Inn. We used to say you know what your getting. This is the worst hotel ever. Nothing like the picture. Thin duvet. Heating broken fixed day three. Smelly. It was dreadful. The restaurant harvester attached the manager at breakfast the weekend was the rudest person I have met. A lady on another table was crying because he was just so rude to so many people. The hotel is not even basic. When they finally gave me the correct quilt then replaced the already broken heater they left the heater on all day so then our room was 26.5. Punishment or what for complaining. The night before checking out we had someone thudding on the upstair toom ftom 3am. Yes I complained as I went along.Yes I checked to see if I had misread. Yes I did a review when asked back to Premier inn. When I finished and went to send it said error,..... well there's a surpriseRooms: Dreadful needs completely redoing
Great place to stay, only a few mind away from Gatwick, the card machine wasn't working the day we were there but no hassle there's a sainsbury down the road to get cash, staff was sound, rooms were great, but no extra blankets if your sharing rooms, the beefeater pub is next door for food and drink but **MIND YOUR HEAD** my god! Nearly knocked myself clean out from one of the arches down to the breakfast area in the morning, all the rest had padding except this one which I managed to hit ? but food was lovely, coffee was great, just careful tryin to leave early on a weekday traffic is mental ??

Done the job for a quick efficient overnight stay before a flight.Great location with free overnight parking.Rooms are standard Premier inn so we'll equipped.Would be a little worried in hotter months as rooms did not appear to have air con.

It's a Premier Inn. It's showing its age a little now but it is a standard PI so we all know what they are like.

Stopped off here before a flight from Gatwick. Good location ~15 minutes from the Airport. The free parking was appreciated, and the front of house staff were really lovely. Rooms were fine, just a bit of a fiddly layout of the hotel itself. Breakfast in the restaurant next door was fine if a little busy.
