Typical premier Inn. Rooms were okay, showing sign of use but still clean and comfortable. TV was on the small side, maybe something akin to what you'd use in a caravan.Breakfast buffet was fine, but evening meal food was mediocre at least. Young waiting staff attentive at first but tend to overlook you after that. Had to putting them twice during my 2 night stay. Location is okay near a busy road but never encountered any noise. Parking is on site at £5 a night but my god the architect who designed this wants shooting. Seems anything more than a microcar has problems it's that tight.

The AC did not work. Poor quality breakfast e.g. instant coffee. Ridiculously small car park - when I parked my car, I could not get out. One chair in the family room (booked for 4 guests), no space for the additional bed, only two cups etc. We paid for a family room and it was clearly just a double room with squeezed-in extra beds (one was in front of the bathroom door). No ventilation in the bathroom. We paid £15 for ultimate unlimited wi-fi and the internet was slow and most of the time unavailable. No phone in the room- it was not possible to complain. No staff in the reception.

Bed was rubbish. Sloped into the middle. Half the evening meals weren't available. The one I had was tough and had clearly been reheated. Fresh coffee wasn't available in morning. Breakfast was cleared away before I'd finished. Tables were sticky

Trouble free and comfortable stay. Secure parking. Tesco Sunbury-on-Thames Extra with long opening hours is extremely close. Easy to access from M3. NB garage door opens up automatically when one drives up. There is a payment machine separate from Hotel reception. Press button exit is on ramp up from Premier Inn section of car park.

Will not be returning. We actually pulled up outside and instantly tried to book a different hotel. Car park is shocking!! Spent all night worrying about how we were going to get the car out undamaged.

after staying at many premier Inns it was disappointing that no one ever seamed to be on reception. Night staff were not friendly and said the bar for guests was closed at 11:10pm when we would have liked a night cap, we did not end up having breakfast as we didn’t want to have to wait for someone again at reception. We also ended up going out for food when we would have eaten in. However the rooms were clean and the best service we received was from the housekeeping team who were still working hard when we arrived. The service we received from reception and bar staff was disappointing. Please let your housekeeping team know that the room was lovely and so were they.

Having come back from a hard days work to retire to my hotel room I was horrified to find that nothing was touched in my room . No towels to tea no bed made . Considering I paid quite a lot for a premier inn hotel this time I expected the basics to be done. I went to the reception only to be told that’s the normal thing and its was in the booking conditions . The receptionist said it in quite a layer back manner without an ounce of apology I was quite annoyed and told her to get the manager since she said well there’s nothing I can do. I might have raised my voice a little bit m ore than normal , but if any of my employees had answered in. that manner I would have something very harsh to say. she carried on talking to some young lad there and his response was to be abusive towards me . I’m 62 and in no need for un necessary confrontation that would have turned out quite nasty. So unfortunately the recepitonists reply caused quite a problem so I won’t be booking there again.

Room was comfortable, breakfast was as expected (although a bit short of supplies and choice of cereals), staff were mostly very good. But the car park was very difficult to manoeuvre around, having been built in an age when cars were the size of Minis. We paid by downloading an app, with difficulty in a brick and concrete building, only to discover that there was a machine for payment. There was no indication that the machine was there on the parking levels, presumably deliberately.

Firstly we had the car park, which was a terrible layout however £5 for 24 hours you can’t really complain and was really secure to! From the moment we checked in the receptionist just did not seem interested at all, clearly did not want to be at work! No smile, not even a fake smile, no please, so thank you. Just basic manners! As someone who worked at premier inn for many years it was very disappointing to see that the brand standards just was not followed. No information given on check in apart from asking if we wanted dinner, no mention of breakfast or the bar closing times. We stay at premier inns quiet a lot and this has to be the worse one we have stayed at! For saying it’s a Thyme restaurant we did assume the bar was 24/7 like our own hotels are. We did attend a show and got back just after 11pm and wanted a baileys before going to bed, when asking the nights team member if they was serving it was a one word reply “no” that was it! Big shoutout to the housekeeper who we spoke to on passing who was the best person we spoke to at the hotel, maybe you should have this lady on reception as we got more conversation out of her than we did anyone else! Just not a nice welcome to the area or to our few nights away from home! Despite this the room was so clean, and the bed was one of the comfiest beds we have slept in! We did definitely get a guaranteed good nights sleep! I think maybe the staff just need some customer focus training and understanding that they are their for the guest! Also didn’t really understand why the reception was always unmanned! We didn’t once see a team member on or in reception unless the buzzer was pressed which then they appeared from the office. We have cancelled our booking for next month and will be using the one up the road! Hopefully they will do better.

Standard Premier Inn fare in a fairly dated tower block close to Sunbury Cross junction. The room was comfortable and the breakfast as expected although a bit lacking in choice of cereal as half of the dispensers were empty. Main issue was the car park which was designed for the cars around at the time it was built, meaning the spaces were very narrow and the access ramps very tight. Also the only signage about payment referred to use of an app, which had to be downloaded with poor wifi availability inside the structure. Having wrestled with that we discovered a pay station just next to reception, completely unsignposted.

Stayed the night after a long which was nice overall. The food choice was wide range, but they should look to cater for all faiths if possible. The car park was a tight fit, a concern regarding maneuvering.

As you would expect from any premier inn. Our experience was hampered only by a busted bed. The hotel was full so no option to change rooms. Staff were really good under the circumstances we can’t fault them. They couldn’t change it but we didn’t sleep that night.

Got allocated a room on the 8th floor. Room appeared shabby and dirty no USB ports small tv compared to similar budget hotels. Windows covered in bird s**t when I went to make a coffee in the morning and mouldy milk carton not great I get it’s a budget hotel but some standards would be good!!! I will stay elsewhere next time and suggest you do to.

Grotty looking premier inn compared to others we have stayed at. The inside slightly better than the outside. Typical rooms as you would expect from a big chain. If you want a quiet night's sleep you may want to look elsewhere. Situated on a major road and next to a shopping mall's delivery area, traffic is non stop and can be heard. Nearly as much as the couple arguing next door.

One of the worst Premier inns I've stayed in, I am a huge advocate of them normally and the room was clean as usual but way too hot ? with now way to cool it down. The decor is tired and really in need or renovations.
