Use and we'll used "fast food" store.With plenty of alternative food outlets in "the Cross" (Golden Grill, Subway, Costas and M & S) providing take aways, Greg's does very well.Always clean and well presented.

Lazy staff, don’t want to work just one poor girl serving while the other too do nothing all the food gone no one’s trying to cook more worst Greg’s
Customer service was excellent. I don't live in the area but was impressed with how attentive the member of staff was, it was also nice to see the regulars were acknowledged by their names. Customer service at its best.

The staff are mostly friendly and attentive, I visit the place once or twice a week.This morning however I wasn’t overly impressed with the service , I couldnt help to notice that the lady wished customers before and after me a nice day but not me . Do I call it ignorance , under pressure or just because I spoke with an accent!!
